I've lived here for 2 years, and I pay $1650ish for my studio.
As far as staff goes, you don't really see anyone besides the maintenance and cleaning staff. However, they do a great job keeping the grounds clean and responding to maintenance issues promptly. I'm not certain how often leasing staff are on site, but the few times I've needed them, they've called me back w/in a business day. I don't particularly like always having to call, but you can't just go into the "leasing office" when they're there. The windows are frosted, and they keep the door closed. I literally couldn't tell you what any of them look like in there lol.
The community is small, which I like. My unit is nice. It's quaint but nicely built. The balcony is sizeable, and I like that it's more soundproof than my prior apartment. Def not soundproof, just MORE than my last place. I assume, because of the material they used to build. This is also the reason you will have next to no cell service in this building, and will need wifi asap. The fridge is oddly small at first, but you get used to it living alone. The cabinet space in my unit is not great, esp considering most of the overhead space is above the fridge, so I have to tiptoe to grab dishes sometimes...and I'm tall.
The residents, for the most part, are nice. I'd say the demographic is mostly 20s-late 30s, but there are outliers. No real major complaints. Could people pick up the pet poop more, hold the ONE elevator we have open when they see someone coming, take their own trash down on the days valet doesn't run instead of leaving it in the hall for us to smell for days, and not leave their laundry in the washer/dryer hours after it's done? Sureeee. But otherwise, people are pretty well-mannered. Parking sucks during the week from like 5p-10p beacsue of the VOLO center across the street mostly, but after that you should have some luck. But the weekends are hit or miss, considering it is downtown Denver, and all the venues and bars nearby.
If I don't resign my lease, it will be because of how much I pay in rent a month vs. how much living space I have. 2 years in a studio w/ a dog is just starting to feel too crowded. Otherwise, it's a cool spot. It's in a walkable/bikeable area, close to I-70, with free on-site laundry, a gym, and a nice rooftop patio.
(Just an honorable mention, they make you pay for Fetch every month even if you don't use it and don't want it. Don't love that.)
