  I toured these apartments and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time. The ladies working there were very helpful and nice, but unfortunately the apartment itself was extremely disappointing. The unit I toured smelled strongly of cigarettes, the kitchen cabinets were uneven and difficult to open, the balcony had visibly rotten wood, and the bathroom was in really poor condition. There was also trash throughout the property and electrical wiring hanging openly, which was especially concerning. For $1,500+ for a one-bedroom, I expect a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not match the price at all .

  Vivo aquí en el complejo de apartamentos, la verdad ya la situación está horrible, muchas personas habitantes de calle ingresan a las loundrys a dormir y la verdad uno vive con la sosobra de que se lleguen a entrar a los apartamentos, uno ya no puede ir a lavar porque da miedo, el otro día fui a lavar ropa y encontré conque una lavadora estaba tapada y habían hecho sus necesidades dentro de la lavadora🤢 por favor, por favor cierren bien las puertas de ingreso al edificio.

  If I could I would rate this negative five stars. - 5⭐. Without a doubt I would... From dealing with the obnoxiously loud bathroom fan. Every time I turn mines on my neighbors hear me and every time they turn theirs on I hear them. Same with the fan connected to the heater/ac. I hear my neighbors and they hear mine. Same with the fridge I've never heard a fridge so loud before it rattles when the fan kicks on and is ridiculously loud. Not to mention the dishwasher that has the most horrid smell come out of it even though I ran multiple detergents through it. So it is unusable. But without a doubt the worst problem is the ROACHES!!🪳 I've never had to deal with them in my life! It is a nightmare!! The first time I reached out to the manager about it he sent someone over from pest control that was in and out of my apartment in 10 minutes and did nothing to help the situation. I've repeatedly reached out to the manager and have sent emails and I have got no response. It's approaching 2 months with no response.
