  Your packages will get stolen all of the time! Even if you use their "delivery service solution," they will get stolen. It will be a constant problem in your life if you move in here. Until they update their mailroom, and implement a real security solution, you will constantly struggle with this and it will piss you off. I highly recommend you live literally anywhere else! 🫶

  I hate having to leave this review because I genuinely loved living here, but the way my lease renewal was handled has been incredibly disappointing. I started discussing my lease renewal with the leasing office months before my lease was up and remained in constant communication for nearly two months through emails, phone calls, and multiple visits to the office. I was repeatedly told to wait while management reviewed my renewal request. When I finally received a decision, I made my choice and notified the office in writing. Shortly afterward, my account was hit with charges I don’t believe are accurate, and have raised my rent by 150%. I’ve asked multiple times for an explanation and resolution, but I’ve been met with silence. What has been most frustrating isn’t just the billing issue—it’s the complete lack of communication. I’ve made every effort to resolve this professionally and privately before posting this review. I’ve always paid my rent on time, and I never expected to be ignored when trying to resolve a legitimate concern. I can’t recommend living somewhere that leaves residents without answers when serious billing issues arise.

  This is flooded with fake reviews!!! Its obvious!! This place has an excellent location, and that's it. I have lived in several apartments and nobody comes close to how terrible the management is here. ZERO accountability takes place here. Its basically a free for all with theft and vandalism and NOBODY. CARES. Packages CONSTANTLY stolen. Cars vandalized in the garage. Offering move in promos then suddenly pulling them when you go to sign. Its laughable that the manager still holds a job here and it frustrates me. Please don't move here. There are so many other great options out there.

  Easy leasing process. Perfect location, 500ft from the lake and restaurants/coffee. Very lively neighborhood! Only minor inconveniences are the parking garage and its accessibility to all units/levels. And I received a ticket, when my plate number was listed on the signed lease. Super minor- but just something to note with admin and follow through

  I’ve lived at Regatta at Sloan’s Lake for almost two years and have genuinely loved my experience here. The location is hard to beat—being able to walk to Sloan’s Lake for morning coffee walks, sunsets, workouts, and weekend events has been one of my favorite parts of living in Denver. The building itself is well maintained, the amenities are great, and I especially appreciate the courtyard and pool area during the summer. Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly, and the office team has been responsive and friendly whenever I’ve needed assistance. One thing I’ve really enjoyed is the sense of community. The building is pet-friendly, and I’ve met so many neighbors simply by walking my dog around the property and the lake. Despite being in a busy area, my apartment feels comfortable and quiet. Of course, no apartment community is perfect, but overall the positives have far outweighed any minor inconveniences. After nearly two years here, I can confidently say Regatta has felt like home. If you’re looking for a walkable location near Sloan’s Lake with solid amenities and a great Denver lifestyle, I’d absolutely recommend it.
