  I used to love living here, but then FOUR STAR REALTY took over and it all went to shit, just like the dog shit embedded in the carpet in the hallway that's been there for 6 months. Also neighbors keep their dogs trapped in these tiny studio apartments so that the dogs howl and bark to go outside and nobody seems to care! Nobody cares that there are dogs being neglected and ignored, keeping other neighbors awake all night. Also my $1200, 492 square foot studio apartment, actually costs $1,600 per month in between Colfax and Sheridan and Colfax and Federal. ANYBODY that knows Colorado, knows that this is a bad neighborhood but they're still charging high end prices. I've left over 30 emails about these situations and after about 10, Four Star Realty just started ignoring me like I'd give up, so I'm leaving reviews about their Actions. Thanks.

  People are so hard on this place. This will be my 4th year living here and have no complaints. You get what you pay for!

  Stayed for about 8th months, area was/is developing still. There is someone either poppin off or poppin fireworks 4x a week minimum and they do have lurkers near the bins harmless, and I've seen security scare'em off. Management was very supportive and attentive, maintenance was diligent. All in all, I've enjoyed my stay, definitely suitable for singles/couples with dogs. It's a very nice apartment building!

  Unsafe neighborhood currently transitioning into a better one. We have no problems except trash, and dog fecal left everywhere. Need cleaning crews
