  Do not live here it is infested with bugs, they don't care to help residents, littered with homeless, what is a work order?, and they try and raise the rent and charge insane prices, lmao this place is a joke, management sucks!!!! I see why there's homeless outside they let them liver here for free basically lmao. Run.

  Very frustrated with the property management here! No more security on property, nor any care to keep the residents safe. They work to please those who don’t live here by not fixing access doors allowing anyone in or out. Manager claimed residents were leaving windows open in common areas, however, this was because of the trespassing people smoking meth in our hallways. When asked about any updates with maintenance, nothing. Manager doesn’t care. They are here to please those who don’t pay to live here. If you want to consider living here, no need to pay rent. I bet the doors are unlocked.

  Do not move into this apartment. Trust all the bad reviews. This place is INFESTED with roaches. It’s rarely ever clean inside or outside in the common areas. They have a squatters problem and the squatters will brake things in the building, sell drugs and let in their drug “friends” into the building. When you let the office know . They will say there is nothing they can do. The garage doors and elevators are often broken. Some of the people that live here disgusting and will let their dogs pee and poop in the hallways, elevators and common areas. The outside lounge rooftop area has not been open for years. The call box does not work and has not worked for months. Which means- you cannot buzz anyone or yourself into the building or access the building without needing your fob. So if you forget your fob. You’re locked out of your own apartment building. Please trust me when i say, NO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!

  Apply at these apartments at your own risk!!! all the bad reviews are telling the truth!! The washing and dryer machines are not full-size which they do advertise that they are but they are not!! This apartment complex is a scam. They will take your money and run with it! Trust and believe when you read all the bad comments on this apartment complex, trust they’re telling you the truth! The management is a joke and forget it if you calling the corporate number the Regional managers unprofessional and they don’t care about your complaints or how unprofessional there staff is or how untruthfully are ! They don’t care they just take your money and run with it. They don’t care about their residence at all. and if you decide to apply your remember Apply at your own risk!! They had cockroaches when I lived there! And probably still do!!! And maintenance does not fix nothing!! I’m glad I moved out.!! Worst place I’ve ever lived in my whole entire life!! Yeah, their tax credit and all the utilities are included, but Who wants to live with cockroaches and broke down appliances and deal with management that doesn’t even care!! I wish , I didn’t have to give them one star I would give them zero stars!

  My daughter put the $200 deposit to secure an apartment that did not pass the section 8 inspection. And was told they wouldn't be able to fix everything wrong to be able to pass, notably the heater, before the end of the time she needed to move out of her present apartment. If anybody knows how section 8 works, things need to be completed in a timely manner in order for the voucher to be transferred from one apartment to another. And now she can't move into that apartment and management will not refund her deposit for something beyond her control. She is a single Mother working 2 jobs to make ends meet. They should be ashamed for doing this and not returning her deposit.
