  Apply at these apartments at your own risk!!! all the bad reviews are telling the truth!! The washing and dryer machines are not full-size which they do advertise that they are but they are not!! This apartment complex is a scam. They will take your money and run with it! Trust and believe when you read all the bad comments on this apartment complex, trust they’re telling you the truth! The management is a joke and forget it if you calling the corporate number the Regional managers unprofessional and they don’t care about your complaints or how unprofessional there staff is or how untruthfully are ! They don’t care they just take your money and run with it. They don’t care about their residence at all. and if you decide to apply your remember Apply at your own risk!! They had cockroaches when I lived there! And probably still do!!! And maintenance does not fix nothing!! I’m glad I moved out.!! Worst place I’ve ever lived in my whole entire life!! Yeah, their tax credit and all the utilities are included, but Who wants to live with cockroaches and broke down appliances and deal with management that doesn’t even care!! I wish , I didn’t have to give them one star I would give them zero stars!

  My daughter put the $200 deposit to secure an apartment that did not pass the section 8 inspection. And was told they wouldn't be able to fix everything wrong to be able to pass, notably the heater, before the end of the time she needed to move out of her present apartment. If anybody knows how section 8 works, things need to be completed in a timely manner in order for the voucher to be transferred from one apartment to another. And now she can't move into that apartment and management will not refund her deposit for something beyond her control. She is a single Mother working 2 jobs to make ends meet. They should be ashamed for doing this and not returning her deposit.

  My water heater went out yesterday Saturday 3/14, I have no hot water or heat and not even given a portable heater. It's 29° outside and only getting colder. Also this part of my complaint is for dominium/ accounting. When your residents rent is raised it's important you do your job and raise within a timely manner. It's not appropriate for y'all to wait 6 months to put that increase! When you CHOOSE to NOT do your job YOU put YOUR residents in a hardship having to come off of a lump sum of money they don't have then they have to play catch up just to make things right. We tenents have been going through hell with the property due to lack of care from corporate DOMINIUM since 2020 and it's just getting worse. Also you keep sending your management team that had a helping hand in this places fall back here and they only make things worse! Like Marie for example! She was one that helped this place fall and she's back in the office. Shame on you Dominium/Corporate and Accounting y'all are the reason this place is as bad as it is. Get it together and shame on you!

  As a caregiver to one of the residents this place can be very disheartening. The elevator in bldg c is always breaking down. There are several disabled people in this bldg that have to wait to leave because they can not navigate stairs. I know the cleaning and maintenance workers work hard at trying to keep this place clean, but ADULTS not children...ADULTS trash this place and don't pick up after their pets even though doggy dookie bags are provided for them. The humans have no home training. It's unfortunate that these ADULTS often break door handles and other things using brute force instead of the proper way to get in and out of the building. The location is great. The unit my client is in is clean and roomy. The HVAC ventilation pumping into the apartments needs to be cleaned. This causes breathing problems for the at risk residents. The maintenance people come in a timely manner when something isn't working right. Their new online verification portal is not good for the elderly to navigate. As a whole, it's a good place for someone in need, but their needs to be better maintenance on that elevator. That is very dangerous and the garage door is often broken and won't close.

  I was seriously considering renting here until I read the reviews and there's no way I'm going to risk my life and my safety and security at this place this sounds like a terrible place.
