  I couldn't love the look and feel of One City Block more! My leasing agent Beto was the absolute best and helpful in answering my questions and making the move-in process a breeze. I love the accessibility and proximity to downtown. The entire staff has been wonderful.

  Been living here for a couple weeks and it is amazing! My only maintenance request was fulfilled in an hour, the community events are awesome, and the leasing agent Lauren is truly the best I’ve ever met!

  I have been living here for about a month, and it has been a wonderful place to stay. Everything you need is within walking distance. The building is secure, and the amenities are excellent, including indoor parking, a gym, and an outdoor fitness area. The management team has been extremely welcoming and helpful. They promptly answered all of our questions, and even provided us with a dedicated elevator on move-in day.

  If you are considering renting B224, I would recommend asking One City Block about the ongoing odor issue and making sure it is fixed before moving in. I have lived in this unit since February, and it has had a persistent trash/sewer-like smell throughout my tenancy. I have reported the issue multiple times, but as of today, September 21, 2026, it has still not been resolved. I otherwise enjoy living at One City Block, but I want prospective residents to be aware of this issue before renting B224. If the odor is properly resolved, I will update this review to reflect that.
