- NCNomoco ConradAug 7, 20265.0I have lived here for about a year and a half, and when I first moved while my apartment did have some issues they took care of it right away. I really enjoy living in this community it feels safe and any issues I have had have been dealt with promptly. I’ve never had or seen any type of bugs other than the occasional spider. Forever thankful as a single Mom finding a community that’s clean safe and very family friendly ! Everyone in the office has been so so kind to me ! Very thankful

- GEGus EmersonJul 28, 20263.0I want to start with the positives: -great price -responsive maintenance -well maintained landscaping That being said if you are going to move here there are some things you should be aware of. - they have a roach problem. It’s not horrible and they are quick to treat it, but it doesn’t go away. - Be careful parking here. My car was vandalized multiple times, and stolen. This ended up costing me well over 5 months rent. On top of this, they do lot have good cameras for the parking lot. So be careful. -IT IS SUPER HOT. Even with ac on, my bedroom would regularly be well over 100 through the summer. All and all not a bad place, and from what I have seen my building may have just been a particularly bad one.
