  Very disappointing management and maintenance I have been living at Miramar Apartments for almost 10 months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. My washing machine has not been working for about 2 months. I have gone to the leasing office 4–5 times to report the issue. Each time, I was told that it would be taken care of, but nothing has actually been done. I feel like my maintenance requests have simply been ignored. There have also been other ongoing problems. It took approximately 3 months to fix my AC, and we sometimes have no hot water, with this issue happening repeatedly. Communication with the leasing office has also been difficult. When I call regarding maintenance issues, they often don't answer or return the call. Another issue is the gym. Before renting, we were told that the gym was available 24 hours, but after moving in, we were told that it is only available during leasing office hours. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the biggest problem for me is the lack of communication and follow-through after repeatedly reporting these problems. If you are considering renting here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about maintenance response times, amenities, and management before signing a lease. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment community.

  I just met Crystal and am thrilled that we're keeping Evan. Between them and the new management, I think this place is really turning a corner. Very responsive and actually care!

  Mirmar Apartments allows their residents to illegally dump furniture, mattresses, etc. in their dumpsters. I am reporting this issue to the city. I will update my review once this is resolved.

  Lived here for one year and the entire place was trashed ALL THE TIME. I’m talking dozens of plastic bottles everywhere in the grass, chicken bones, broken glass, anything you can think of. Children running around unsupervised, bullying anyone who tells them to behave. Management doesn’t care about who they get in here as long as they’re getting their money. They don’t answer the phone, they leave the office hours before it’s closed, and the pool is never full or clean. The only reason you see good reviews on here is because they BEG YOU to make a good review after faking a good first impression.

  Review your lease before signing. Check amounts. They will give you one rate, then change it. They will tell you they will change it but never do. No hot water constantly- i have over 30days w/o hot water, constantly calling or filling out workorders that get closed with nothing done. Trash is overflowing/furniture/etc. Always Just drive by to take in the view and smell. Tons of vehicles being worked on. Music blaring at all times in the parking lot. Dog poop all round, very very poorly maintained.
