  I have been very disappointed with the management of this apartment community. The leasing office is frequently closed during business hours, making it extremely difficult to get assistance. Calls and voicemails often go unanswered, and communication is almost nonexistent. The maintenance staff has also been unprofessional. On multiple occasions, I have noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from maintenance personnel while they were on the property, which does not create confidence in the level of professionalism or safety. Overall, the lack of communication, poor management, and unprofessional behavior have made living here a very disappointing experience. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the community. I will be looking for a new apartment for my grandmother. I no longer fell comfortable with her living at Miramar.

  Lovely property and amazing customer service. I had a tour with Myra on Saturday and she was great. Took the tour with another couple that was scheduled at the same time and Myra did an exceptional job at making us all feel heard and welcomed. Such a fun tour.

  Cancelled our work orders without trying to fix anything and did not communicate to us why. Absolutely worst maintenance I’ve ever experienced. It looks like there was a misunderstanding with maintenance. Once we brought this up and resubmitted the requests Evan came and cleared everything up. He was very effective and efficient. I am thankful he came.

  I recently had the opportunity to tour Miramar Apartments, and it was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. I was able to meet some of the staff, Josie, Mayra and Lilia who are friendly and professional. My tour guide Lilia was happy to answer all my questions. She took the time to walk me through the amenities and different floor plans, which made it easy to imagine living there. Overall, Miramar Apartments made a great impression, and I am definitely going to recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

  Wow, what a waste of time. My partner and I had booked a tour, received a text from Bailey two hours before our scheduled tour to confirm, and when we arrived, we were told for the first time that the leasing agent left for the day and they weren’t doing any showings at all. My partner left work early and we drove 40 minutes through traffic to get there. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of our time, and not the kind of communication you want from your leasing office. The only reason why I didn’t give one star is because the property manager was nice and apologetic.
