  Mirmar Apartments allows their residents to illegally dump furniture, mattresses, etc. in their dumpsters. I am reporting this issue to the city. I will update my review once this is resolved.

  Lived here for one year and the entire place was trashed ALL THE TIME. I’m talking dozens of plastic bottles everywhere in the grass, chicken bones, broken glass, anything you can think of. Children running around unsupervised, bullying anyone who tells them to behave. Management doesn’t care about who they get in here as long as they’re getting their money. They don’t answer the phone, they leave the office hours before it’s closed, and the pool is never full or clean. The only reason you see good reviews on here is because they BEG YOU to make a good review after faking a good first impression.

  Review your lease before signing. Check amounts. They will give you one rate, then change it. They will tell you they will change it but never do. No hot water constantly- i have over 30days w/o hot water, constantly calling or filling out workorders that get closed with nothing done. Trash is overflowing/furniture/etc. Always Just drive by to take in the view and smell. Tons of vehicles being worked on. Music blaring at all times in the parking lot. Dog poop all round, very very poorly maintained.

  This place sucks worst apartments ever I’ve put in so much work orders and nothing has happened I called still nothing maintenance don’t do anything and they charge so much but can’t fix anything

  Id give it 0 stars of i could. This place is horrendous! The units are old and have black mold & roaches. No one cares about the quiet hours at all. Our kids are woken up regularly by loud neighbors or their dogs barking. Some guy and his friends blast loud music & drink from their car at odd times of day. The other day a group of them were blasting music from 2-5am. We tried calling the cops but they cant do anything about it. Called the leasing office they didn't do anything about it. There are always guys working on cars in the parking lot, its like a free range mechanic shop. We are locked into this year long lease and with only a couple months passed by we can already see we made a horrible mistake. No peace at home what so ever! We feel like our voices aren't being heard because we are not Spanish speaking or Mexican which isn't fair. We are all suppose to be adhering to the rules in the lease but it seems no one cares about enforcing them.
