  I enjoyed living here until the newest management company took over the past year. Since then maintenance requests are closed out with no completion and the property managers are near impossible to get in contact with. We've also had a shooting right outside the building that management never addressed and theres still a police sticker marking where a bullet hit one of the doors to get in the building months after the incident.

  Since moving in, I’ve had repeated issues with management, including an unresolved lease error involving a signed promotion for free parking that was never applied correctly. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this.. multiple emails, multiple phone calls, voicemails, and even visiting the office and no one in charge to help me in person. I have received no response from management. The issue itself is straightforward, but no communication and follow through has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I’m simply asking for the terms of my lease to be honored and for someone in management to respond. Is that so hard?
