  Mady was so helpful throughout the whole process! She was super easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions, and made everything feel really simple. She was also just genuinely nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a new place!

  “Madilyn showed me the mile apartment! I really liked the hard wood floors through out the entire unit. My favorite thing is the walk in closet. Madilyn’s bubbly personality helped a lot too”

  I had such a great experience working with Mady! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, patient with my questions, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how welcoming and knowledgeable she was. She genuinely cares about helping people and providing a great experience. I would definitely recommend working with her!

  let me start off with this: MADILYN IS AMAZING! we had some kinks to work out before renewing my lease and she was so communicative and helpful through the whole process!! now.... why did i remove a star...? right when i started living here, Four Star became the management for our building. Since then, maintenance requests are rarely (if ever) addressed and management is really hard to get ahold of. My washer started leaking and maint didn't call me for SIX WEEKS. luckily, i had a friend that could come take a look. additionally, i'm pretty sure the call box doesn't work and i was never given an access code for deliveries/guests. one of my neighbors was nice enough to give me a code. obviously i like living here as i just renewed my lease - the location is great, everyone in the building is nice, and it's a good price. but i would love to see Four Star be a little more attentive to the building/its residents.

  Edit: Having your leasing agent ask for 5 star reviews from tours while your management company hides and never does a single thing for the residents is pathetic! I enjoyed living here until the newest management company took over the past year. Since then maintenance requests are closed out with no completion and the property managers are near impossible to get in contact with. We've also had a shooting right outside the building that management never addressed and theres still a police sticker marking where a bullet hit one of the doors to get in the building months after the incident. Update as management has 0 communication skill: still have not seen a refund of my security deposit over a month after moveout. And not a peep from Four Star.
