  Wonderful experience other than having to deal with anything office based. They will give no documentation about the end of lease process and roll you into a full month's rent. Being charged 3k for a unit that wasn't even livable due to black mold seeping in from the water heater.

  M2 has been nothing but great to my family and I we love living here. Office staff are always on top of everything.

  Overall a nice place but maintenance team and office staff are definitely in need some extra help to keep things moving. Maintenance team are genuinely kind and able but short handed so things take a long time to get resolved or not at all. Cannot give reassurance that requests will be handled in a timely manner and their vendors do not show up even when scheduled for a specific date making it a stressful process. Office staff are very cheerful and friendly but calls are not always returned when they say they will call back or when leaving a voicemail, the reason being they "are just busy". Property is beautiful and a pretty peaceful place to live but in need of some TLC as trash and pet waste that residents leave is not cleaned up as well in recent weeks.
