Our experience living at this apartment complex was horrible due to poor customer service, lack of urgency for repairs and the general condition of the apartment upon move-in. To begin, we were not allowed to view the apartment until a few days before our move-in date when the lease had already been signed. A few days after move-in we noticed the finishing on the bottom of the bathtub begin to bubble and then crack and begin to flake off. After putting in a maintenance request in December, we were informed in person by the complex manager Jennifer that it was such a big job and our bathtub was not under warranty, that it would require us to be moved out for a few days and the repairs would probably not be approved while we were living here during our 15 month lease, so we were instructed to just peel away the flaking finish and deal with it. I later complained again and left another work order request in their system because mold had begun to form in and under the flaking finish. These requests were ignored for months. Then our furnace closet drain flooded our apartment with sewage water that they claimed was from sinks, not toilets. It smelled like sewage, however. A plumber was called and recommended they remove the flooring and replace the drain pipes, as they had cracked and begun clogging with underground dirt. We were then told by management Jennifer we would be placed in a hotel due to the plumbers recommendation to replace the pipes because they would have to remove the carpet and flooring from the second bedroom. We were instructed to remove all furniture and objects from the room so they could pull up and later replace the carpet. I asked the manager Jennifer if they would use this opportunity to fix the bathtub as well since it required a lot of ventilation and we would already be out of the apartment. The manager Jennifer agreed and said she would get back to me. However, it has been two weeks since the initial flooding with no plan and today our laundry room flooded the apartment after our drain line backed up. This is the 4th flood in 2 weeks. When I went to the office the manager Jennifer opened the door for me and then went to lunch and told me the other representative Rachel would help me. Rachel was short with me and told me that she could not offer refunds or reimbursements because that was Jennifer’s job. My wife called later after I left and Rachel was rude and gave attitude to her too. The maintenance man told me that the flooding in the laundry would require a plumber but all the plumbers that they use were booked and wouldn’t be able to come until the next day. A water-siphoning person from maintenance was sent instead. He siphoned water and placed fans. To this day, none of the issues have been resolved and we have not received any plans for future repairs. This complex has unprofessional, dismissive, dodgy and outright rude employees who do not place the safety or satisfaction of their tenants first. I filed a complaint with the Colorado department of health. Next step is litigation.

No puedo esperar a vivir aquí.
READ BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE. You can tell all the good reviews are fake when they all pretty much say the same thing and it’s all posted on the same day. This place will not take accountability for anything or help you when your stuff gets stolen. Everything is broken and take months to fix. If it even gets fixed. The people who work here do not care about you once you sign your lease!!!!
