    I posted an earlier review and I can tell you how much has changed 😩 First off, I will start with this—my packages have been stolen several times from the package room regardless of how quickly I can get them. DoorDash, AMAZON, and UPS always have issues delivering here and nevermind getting picked up by an uber of lyft. They say we need to get package services for the lockers but thats $20 plus the $10 fee imposed by the complex itself. They say they can’t get cameras for whatever reason. The mailboxes are constantly being broken into and on Sundays the large trash can is disgusting. People leave their trash all over the place and they use this as a dumping ground for mattresses, large furniture etc. i personally dont have any pests except for house spiders. I dont have roaches or anything like that. The parking is god awful and you really have to be home all day or purchase a $50 assigned space or garage in order to get decent parking. My car has been broken into here and I am not joking—my gas was siphoned. When i told maintenance—all they said was that they werent surprised. Lol fine, whatever. My heat has been out 6-7 times since I have moved here. Maintenance is super quick about coming but there have been times where I had to get project baby on them and just open my oven to heat my house. At some point my smoke alarm went out and we had to listen to it for a week because everybody was supposedly on vacation. These were mounted units so I couldn’t replace the batteries myself and because it had a life of 1 year per the manufacturer and it was WELL OVER THAT, it couldn’t be helped. I don’t even need to explain how that’s a MAJOR safety issue and concern. Maintenance came and replaced it at some point. Half the outlets are loose or don’t work but whatever, I just work around that. The unit I am in has adapters so you can use switch with a lamp—doesn’t work but again that’s fine and not a big deal We cannot use our balcony because the doors are off the rails. Again….whatever. They came to “fix” it and nothing changed. Our bathtub is peeling to reveal the landlord special that was underneath. That tub is utterly disgusting and has bugs + mold in it. I was told that it’s happening in several unit and that the management won’t charge me when I move out. That’s fine but my two kids and I bathe in there? The pool was already shut down twice because people fail to follow the rules. Even though I pay for valet trash and my trash bags are not over filled (I know because my 9 year old daughter takes that same trash) THEY NEVER TAKE MY GARBAGE. Why am I paying for another service that I NEVER received. It’s been so many times that I don’t even bother to put the trash out. My biggest complaint is my upstairs neighbors. Everyone knows what it’s like to be a downstairs neighbor—it’s almost like a curse. I let management know about the EXCESSIVE noise several times. I have taken videos etc. supposedly we have quiet hours but those said hours are not enforced so I am not quite sure why they are in place to begin with. I keep getting told that I just need to call security…okay? How many times should I do that before we reach a resolution. They literally kick people out for less. I left a voicemail one night on the weekend. It was not overly vulgar but I definitely did cuss because it was 12:30 AM and I was having to listen to a concert upstairs. It’s gotten so bad that one night they played music ALL NIGHT until about 9 AM. I usually just put in my headphones but the sound is so loud that I can hear them through full volume on Beats and AirPods of METAL MUSIC. I can hear them playing it outside on the landings and it does not matter what room I am in. I called off work because they kept me and my girls up ALL night. Then I get a shitty voicemail from Rachel talking about MY behavior. I don’t really care about the use of a cuss word when that’s what I am dealing with. This experience has been so bad that I have gotten a second job just so I can move out when my lease is over and pay 2k for a 2 bd in a luxury complex.

    Toured and was set to rent. They ignored and ghosted me only to turn around and rent the units to others and ignored me and my offer. I tried to get in touch to inquire about other units then and was just completely ignored. There is nothing on my past that would flag and they did not even give me a chance. I'm a disabled DPS employee and they refused to return any communication. This left me scrambling to find someplace else to live because of how this place acted. Update 6/30: After posting this, the property reached out to say they were busy responding to inquiries. I attempted to reach them through email, phone, text, and their chatbot over 5 days with no response to *my inquiry*. Due to when i toured as well, I missed the timeframe for the advertised specials which feels like a very dirty tactic to make me pay more. I caution anyone considering this place.

    Fui a pedir informaciĂłn sobre un apartamento. Rachel fue amable y extremadamente servicial. Se tomĂł el tiempo para explicar los precios y las pautas de la comunidad e incluso recordĂł el nombre de nuestros hijos al final de la visita. QuĂŠ diferencia hizo eso. No puedo esperar a vivir aquĂ­.

    READ BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE. You can tell all the good reviews are fake when they all pretty much say the same thing and it’s all posted on the same day. This place will not take accountability for anything or help you when your stuff gets stolen. Everything is broken and take months to fix. If it even gets fixed. The people who work here do not care about you once you sign your lease!!!!
