I would strongly caution anyone considering moving into this complex. My experience here has been extremely frustrating due to ongoing maintenance issues, pest problems, and a complete lack of communication from management.
There have been persistent pest issues in the unit, and despite multiple complaints and emails to the office, responses have either been delayed or nonexistent. Maintenance response times for serious issues have also been unacceptable. Our AC stopped working, and after maintenance cut holes in the ceiling to investigate, where they found two rats and they never returned to properly repair the damage, leaving the ceiling unfinished for an extended period of time.
Communication from the office has been one of the biggest problems throughout this experience. Emails often go unanswered, including requests regarding prorated rent due to the non-livable conditions caused by these unresolved issues. It has been incredibly difficult to get updates, timelines, or even acknowledgment from management.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially considering the cost of rent. I expected better upkeep, better communication, and better treatment of residents. As I continue to have in unit issues and no response of prorate for the problems present.

Lived there a couple years over all not bad with the first management group. Was sold multiple times. Definitely has an infestation issue. Had gotten bed bugs the first year. Miller moths tend to be everywhere in the early summer and they do have a roach problem. Which you will see from other posts. Rents a bit steep with some hidden costs for electrical and addons living fees so tac on approximately 100-200 extra a month. Homeless like to wonder into the lobby's early mornings and people love to stack trash right by the entrance but is handled in a semi timely manner. parking is very very limited after 5pm. An the entrance lobby to most of the buildings are fairly appalling maintenance wise. Expect elevators to have constant issues and rowdy neighbors. Good size apartments though and a couple good amenities. Walkability is fairly good as well. Never really had a problem with management of either group. Definitely not the worst but could use some vast improvements

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
Trying to move here, I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and upon move in was given a 1bed 1bath apartment, but being charged for a 2 bedroom rate.
The leasing office ignored emails, never answered the phone and did not answer text messages to the property. I hade to leave work twice to get any communication and still they refuse to give me back my money or apologize. They also refused to refund my first months rent even though it was their mistake and false advertising that caused me not to move in.
SO I am out over $1k for their mistake and 'might' get my security deposit back in 'around 60 days.'
The leasing agents and the property manager are some of the rudest people and act like it's an inconvience for them to do their job. I will be contacting a lawyer since the property refuses to make this situation right. The funny thing is, I have lived at this property twice before this attempted move and NEVER had issues like this. The new property management is a disgrace.
Don't send me an email stating CIM when the property management has changed. Provide the proper solution or you'll hear from my lawyer shortly.

Update to review: I see the response from property manager. I emailed their requested email in this response on 05/16/2026 and never received a response. Their response to this review and lack of response to an email demonstrates performative measures without action.
I have not moved into here, my review is of the leasing experience as a whole, the professionalism of the staff and the evasive tactics expressed in the reviews of others.
Prior to applying to the Lex, I spoke with a leasing agent to ask some general questions. The agent was brief and kept referring me back to the website, even after my stating the information needed wasn't clear on the website. Despite this first interaction, I still applied.
My app was approved and the lease process started. This is beyond the slowest lease creation process I have come across. There is not motivation to move people in, and even less to provide a minimum standard of service. Definitely not the luxury experience advertised.
A family member asked if I had specifically read the recent low star reviews that are buried under a bunch of cookie-cutter 5 star reviews. Looking at those I saw an alarming amount of complaints regarding uninhabitable living conditions involving roach and rat infestations. Also reviews mirroring my concerns about overall leasing office experience.
I reached out via phone call asking for confirmation that the building I was intending to rent didn't have an infestation. The leasing agent was evasive and just kept stating pest control was on site 2-3 days a week. That increased my concern as I have never lived in an area where pest control was such a heavy presence (and have been blessed to never had an issue with pests). They also stated when I see a roach to call, and they'll spray the unit again. Not IF...WHEN. They promised an email later that day to confirm the building was habitable.
I never received any communication. Next business day, I reached out via email to follow up in case they had gotten busy. No response. Two business days later I reached out again to the email address posted by the property on google reviews. No response. I then attempted to make 2 follow up phone calls, on separate days, with no response. I was active in ny follow up as my potential move-in was coming up rapidly.
I received a phone call more than 6 days after my initial inquiry/concerns. To my surprise the leasing agent was calling about a completely unrelated matter. They called to let me know the unit wasn't renovated and to ask how I wished to proceed. I let them know I had larger concerns. I shared my concerns and this agent, a different one from the first, was unable to assuage my concerns. They failed to build confidence during the conversation or take ownership of the overall experience. "Not to be rude, but it sounds like you made a mistake renting here and we should just cancel your application." This again, was a first as I have always focused on clear, professional communication with the goal of finding a solution. It is clear the Lex at Lowry utilizes evasion and dismissal of issues.
I cannot confirm if these units are safe for habitation. I cannot confirm if the "luxury living" is just a painted statement, but it appears to be a false. I have sense withdrawn my interest. I am seeking reimbursement of wasted funds due to companies lack of resonsiveness, but it is unlikely to get them all back. Every stage of working with the Lex was a disappointment.
If you're looking to lease here. I wouldn't recommend it. At the very least a complex should be able to provide, without hesitation, proof a safe and sanitary living environment.
