  The manager Yvette and the whole maintenance team especially Bree, have all been fantastic and respond quickly. We really appreciate everything the team has done and welcoming us into our new home here at the Lex. Everything has been great so far and we love our new home. Thank you all for your hard work!

  I've lived here a long time. I have seen at least three management companies and loads of staff turnovers. The property is old, and with that comes some unique challenges. The apartments are spacious with a lot of storage. The rent is reasonable for the location, space and amenities you get. Downsides are the property is huge and they cannot keep staffed consistently for the amount of work they have. They are pretty good at staying on top of maintenance. But again, it's an old property and things break regularly. You just have to be okay with that. I don't love it, but I get it. I have stayed because of the location, size and overall price. I have lived in a few different units, including the townhomes. I have enjoyed living here overall. Again, just having patience and understanding with it being an older property helps. I will say I had the most incredible experiences lately with Joseph and Andre in the office. And the maintenance manager Chris was super helpful. Joseph, the leasing manager, really went above and beyond for me last week. I just happened to have a series off poorly times issues with renewing my lease and some other small things. He was able to address every concern I had right then and there. Within about 20 minutes, things I have been struggling with for a couple weeks were resolved. I am so beyond grateful. Now having a washer/dryer in my apartment, I am super happy. And big shout out to Chris and everyone else that managed to get that together once I brought to their attention how long I waited during the shift in management companies over the spring/summer. Big feedback to the management company is they really need to offer better incentives to their staff. I don't know what that would entail, but the turn over makes it really hard to maintain quality and consistency with the staff and service. Also, whomever sends out the community notices really needs to learn to review the emails before they send them out. The dates are often incorrect or there are contradictory days of the week vs the date of the month.  It is pretty clear that they will reuse the email from the previous notice but don't do a thorough review before sending. The system also will send out the same notice multiple times. Often after the date of the impacted service. I'm a former tech person/trainer so it really just annoys me to be honest. Sorry for my soap box ran on that one. My only other gripe is with other residents. We all share this space. And some of the residents and/or their children just have no respect for that. Pick up after yourself and don't destroy the shared property seems like a pretty basic concept.

  The Lex at Lowry has severely declined since they changed from Crestmoor Downs. Some of the buildings are riddled with roaches and rats. Parking after 5pm is a nightmare. Residents don't know how to clean up after themselves and leave trash wherever. What kind of people do they let live in these apartments? BTW, these pics are from building B, 4th floor.
