  I completed a 1031 Exchange with First American Exchange Company. I had an excellent experience working with Adrienne Salyer and her Colorado Senior Exchange Officer and Manager, Janese Patterson. Janese is exceptional. She was with me every step of the way. She guided, supported and encouraged me through the process. For 22 years, I have served over 500 real estate clients in Northern Colorado, guiding and coaching them through the purchase and sale of residential properties. This time, it was my turn to ask for support and guidance. Janese was with me every step, answering questions, and giving me information, guidance and support with patience and grace. My 45 day identification period ended on a Sunday. Janese made sure that I knew I could call her personal cell phone on Sunday, if needed. I recommend FAEC, Adrienne and Janese with the highest confidence. Thank you!
