I have lived in this apartment community for almost five years, and I have never experienced management this irresponsible or dismissive. Recently, my apartment developed a serious water leak. The emergency maintenance team responded promptly and took immediate action, which I appreciated. However, the drying equipment placed inside my apartment created constant noise and made the unit uninhabitable. The real problem was management’s response. Jessica never proactively contacted me or provided updates—I had to repeatedly chase management by phone and email for basic information and assistance. On the first night, I was not told until around 9:00 p.m. that I could book a hotel and request reimbursement. I understood that the situation was unexpected and agreed to discuss a solution on Monday. However, despite multiple calls and emails that day, no one responded, no necessary work was performed in my apartment, and the equipment continued running. The following day, I again had to contact the office and be transferred multiple times before reaching Jessica. Once again, I was not given a solution until the evening, when I was casually told to leave and book a hotel myself. This is an extremely careless and disrespectful way to treat a resident. I understand that maintenance emergencies happen—that is precisely why residents pay management fees and depend on a management team. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase management while worrying about where they will sleep, continuous noise, possible mold, and the condition of their homes. I am posting this review because I sincerely hope the property owners and senior management take this issue seriously. After nearly five years of living here, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and basic concern for residents. I hope this is an isolated case and that management responds promptly and responsibly. I also hope that someone from senior management will proactively contact me so this matter can be resolved promptly and in a fair and reasonable manner.

The apartments are fine, but there's never anyone in the office.

I lived here when the previous management was in place and the building itself was fine. Since the new team took over recently, things have gone downhill fast. Communication is poor and problems don’t get solved. I’ve dealt with slow responses on maintenance, confusing billing that required multiple follow-ups, and a general lack of follow-through. As was mentioned in other reviews, they also keep rolling out new rules and fees that feel designed to extract more money from residents rather than improve anything. It comes across as constant nickel-and-diming instead of actual management The attitude from management, especially Jessica, has made dealing with any issue more frustrating than it needs to be. Simple things turn into drawn-out processes instead of getting resolved. Would recommend looking elsewhere until the current management gets replaced.

Property was recently taken over by Pillar Real Estate Investment and they are already some of the worst property managers I have dealt with and I have been through two other companies since living here. (They also have shit reviews on Google) They’re making up rules that are inconvenient, sending multiple messages/ emails in a day threatening fines for small things. It’s clear their intentions are just to make as much money as they can off the residents here.. and they haven’t even been here a full month. Specifically I ride a motorcycle and already pay $125 to park it. I have a small cart in my spot that I pay for that holds my few essentials for my bike - a cover, my saddle bags if I take them off, some wipes for my wind shield. I actually have the cart so it’s not just laying around on the ground or blows away. I suddenly can’t keep that there and they want me to consider putting that stuff in storage (hence the only caring about money thing). This isn’t household items or me stacking belongings. Just taking up the same amount of space any fullsize car would. I love this building but this new company definitely would give me pause before moving here.
