  I drove around Ascent at Havana a couple times before my initial visit. From all outward appearances AAH is large fairy attractive and entirely surrounded by a metal gate. Of course I notice the normal pushed out window screens here and there, and only a couple pushed out screen doors. But I see that every where I look, it’s a sociological problem. However when I got a call back from Zharia I was excited to hear there would be an apartment coming up soon and it fit my budget perfectly. Although the one she had in mind for me wasn’t read yet I was able to convince her to show me another one like it. When I arrived the next day for the showing I found Zharia to be welcoming at first but as I sat before her and she began to inform me of the does and don’t, this and that’s, she became overly professional almost robotic. She rattled things off so quickly I hardly remember what she said until she told me the rent increased 20% overnight! She smiled and said it happens all the time due to the market! I found that to be unsettling and left me thinking it was the perfect bait and switch. Im sure I could have afforded the increase but not the way it was presented.

  Management team has been great so far. Quick and easy move in process and the renovations in the apartment are great. Would highly recommend this community.

  I like that they work with you with rent or anything just communicate too and they have rent specials and they do their best to communicate with you and answer your questions promptly thank you 🙏

  I have lived here since the end of October and I really like it. It’s affordable and the office staff and handy men are very friendly. Unfortunately there are people and children who do not pick up after themselves. The first weekend they completely trashed the pool so management made it so pool hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 so they would be there and able to control it. My screen was ripped out of my window and it was replaced promptly. This is not a brand new apartment complex however. It’s remodeled and very nice inside. I have a washer and dryer. I am very pleased with my little apartment. It would be nice if we could get some better people in here!
