No es posible que yo pueda parquear nada más dos carros teniendo un departamento de tres habitaciones muy mal servicio 👎🏻

I recently moved out of The Ascent Apartments and had a frustrating experience overall, especially during the move-out process. While I did receive a portion of my security deposit back, it was not returned within the legally required timeframe.
I had to follow up multiple times via email and phone just to get updates, and communication from the leasing office was inconsistent. At move-out, I was told by the leasing agent to expect my full deposit back, despite earlier mention that utilities might be deducted, which was confusing. I also did not receive my move-out statement until after requesting it, making it difficult to understand the deductions in a timely manner.
During my time living there, there were also ongoing issues. Maintenance entered my unit on multiple occasions without proper notice, including completing work I did not request, such as fixing blinds in my child’s bedroom. During one visit, a water bottle was knocked over and spilled onto my daughter’s bed. There was also an incident where maintenance entered while my teenage daughter was in the shower and I was not home. This lack of communication was concerning.
There were also frequent disturbances on the property, including kids repeatedly kicking my door and one instance where a package left outside my door was damaged.
Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and consistency made both my time living there and the move-out process more stressful than it should have been.

Let me start by saying it could do negative stars I would.
Rats, Roaches, Mold, Water that come from under the floors?, Trash everywhere, Towed car even though you paid for parking(that's separate from rent), Gym is a playground for the unsupervised children. If you like all those things this might be the perfect place for you ! The corporate Wahoos that own this place just care about rent, they dont help their employees and don't care about the maintenance issues or care to resolve the issues. Residents don't care and don't throw trash INTO trash just around trash, don't pick up after their dogs and let them off leash when ever. The only thing that was nice was the creek access.

Don’t live here if you have friends or family you want to see. NO GUEST parking, roaches everywhere, and people who live here leave trash and furniture all over. Management and maintenance take 3-4 months to help with everything.
