  Don’t live here if you have friends or family you want to see. NO GUEST parking, roaches everywhere, and people who live here leave trash and furniture all over. Management and maintenance take 3-4 months to help with everything.

  I really enjoy the trails that are available next to the complex and the area in general. But there’s rarely parking to the point where my neighbors get aggressive about speeding and whipping into parking spaces. Also, the noise level is ridiculous especially late at night.

  DO NOT Move to this apartment Unless you want to be charged of $1,000 dollars with no reason after you move out. When I moved out, they didn't even ask me to sign the vacation documents, and I didn't get any final statement from the them either. Months later, I got called from Debt Collection Company asking me to pay almost $1,000 immediately, otherwise they will report to credit bureaus. I paid it just in case. However, I went to the apartment, the manager told me that he will solve this problem for me and I got the final statement from him that shows the $0 balance!! It has been three months until now, they still don't want to solve this problem for me, so I want to write this experience for the future potential residents!!! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!
