  I’m extremely disappointed with the parking situation at this property. There has been a vehicle double-parked underneath the carport for approximately SIX MONTHS, with extremely expired tags, and it continues to take up parking space that residents are paying for. Management claims that they have a tow company that removes vehicles that don’t belong, but somehow this vehicle has been sitting here for months without being towed. At this point, it feels like residents are being lied to about how parking enforcement is actually handled. Parking is already difficult enough without having someone occupy spaces illegally for months at a time. If residents are paying for parking, management needs to actually enforce the parking rules consistently and address abandoned/illegally parked vehicles. Six months is completely unacceptable. We shouldn’t have to keep paying for parking while management allows this kind of behavior to continue.

  My touring experience was very informative and helpful. Emily communicated every detail and made us feel welcome. The neighbor cat greeted me as well. I love that you can rent a detached garage, so as not to worry about your car in a public space. Although we applied to rent a place from a private owner because of have an attached garage. Arapahoe is my back up in case something changes.

  i honestly love my space. but the office staff just lack basic empathy. any time i’ve had an issue it feels like an inconvenience to them. a simple “i understand” would go a long way.

  Sona was super nice, very helpful answered every question, I got so much help and as soon as I told them I needed to move out fast they helped and gave me the apartment asap, came on Monday and moved in by Thursday.
