  I moved in in March and have reached out to maintenance a few times. The maintenance team has been very responsive and quick to address my requests. The duo team are polite, professional and hard-working.

  Facet repair was excellent. Microwave was quickly diagnosed but late in being replaced although there may have been good reasons for that. Once a reminder was sent, the microwave was installed the same day. THANK YOU! Very much appreciated.

  Emily the manager is very professional and kind and really listen to your needs! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.

  Maintenance responded to my work order request quickly but there is still a problem with the closet door, the sliding door will not glide easily. I'm afraid that I will break the roller on the door again. The door may need to be replaced all together.

  I strongly advise anyone considering Arapahoe Club Apartments to think twice. I’ve seen constant vehicle vandalism on property, cars are literally being spray painted and management does little to address it. Hire security or something. This is becoming a trending patterned on property. I feel unsafe to park on property out fear of being vandalized next. Parking is also limited, yet residents are still charged, which adds to the frustration and tension that I believe is fueling the vandalism. Overall, the lack of safety and accountability makes this a place to avoid.
