Terrible management. Tenants battling for months just to get a toilet fixed. Tenants were hosting a wake of their murdered child she management called the police seemingly because it didn't fit the narrow cultural narrative. The grieving family was threatened with arrest because management informed sheriff deputies that guests were trespassing. If they're was a negative starts, they would earn minus infinity. This is verifiable with Arapahoe county sheriff. I have the deputy contact.

EDIT: I find their response hilarious. I tried to get every single one of these issues fixed while I lived there multiple times and was offered absolutely nothing. Now that I'm out you care about making it right? It's too late to make it right. Try harder, do better. I was counting down the months until my lease was up. Worst apartment I've ever had. Don't move here. I am so relieved to be out. Let's start at the beginning. I moved here in July of 2024 into an apartment that was infested with cockroaches. I am not using this term lightly. After pest control came in and sprayed for the first time, there were over 40 cockroaches on the ceiling. I also had to ask multiple times before I was put on the pest control list on a weekly basis. I still have nightmares about the time I walked in to see over 40 cockroaches on the ceiling. Emails and voicemails have gone unanswered more times than they've been responded to. I had serious noise issues with my upstairs neighbors. I lost track of the amount of times I asked the front office for help. The best I was able to get from them is a community-wide noise policy reminder sent out, and even though every single one of these notices says "repeat violations may result in further action", the office refused to take further action. They told me 3 separate times that "if it happens again, we'll escalate". When I finally demanded that they escalated the situation, they told me that I had to collect proof. I sent them what they asked for, and still nothing happened. At that point, I was moving out in less than a month, so I didn't follow up. Multiple times, I've made maintenance requests online through the portal, and they just disappear. What I mean by that is that I check back the next day and there is absolutely no record of me making the request. The maintenance team also regularly parks their golf carts in the handicap parking spaces. I have talked to the office about this and I've heard "it won't happen again" multiple times. But it keeps happening again. I've also lost track of the number of times that maintenance has said they'll come back later because they need parts or authorization or something, but then they just never come back. They also regularly leave behind the trash from their maintenance jobs. The complex is littered with trash and cigarette butts even though there's no smoking allowed. My college dorms were better maintained than this place (to be clear, my college dorms were NOT well maintained). That's just sad. TLDR: Cockroaches, complete lack of consistent communication from the office, maintenance team doesn't do their job. Worse than my college dorms.

If I could give 0 stars I would both for this property and the management company. Unfortunately this complex preys on residents and guest parking. They change the rules and hours without notifying the residents and then make you pay $140 to unboot your car. There are no signs that mention permit hours either. Better be sure you don't get a car in the late afternoon, because they'll boot that too even if you've paid for the parking and couldn't make it into the office to update your vehicle information. The corporate office also doesn't care and won't call you back. Such a complete scam. Save yourself the money and live somewhere else.

Very pleasant experience. Management is very responsive and respectful and great to get along with. They adressed all my issues of apartment I am renting now before I moved in and allowed a walk through inspection to ensure it was up to my own standards.
