  I would not recommend living at these apartments. My experience has been very disappointing. The staff is not friendly or helpful, and they do not treat residents with respect. They make promises that they will help you if you have problems, but when issues actually come up, they do not provide any real solutions. Instead, they only offer excuses over and over again. Communication is poor, and it feels like they are more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving residents’ concerns. If you are looking for a place where management is honest, responsive, and supportive, I suggest looking elsewhere.”

  We had asked and have been asking for 5 years now for bedroom window to be replaced which is in very bad shape; on the outside of the window, the frame is damaged and needed replacement, all of which the vendor said they would convey to the property in their assessment; bugs come in through gaps, heat and noise and cold come in, seal at center of window is disintegrated. When vendor came to assess, we didn't ask, but they said, this window is in bad shape and we will recommend that it be replaced; the day the vendor came back to our apartment they sent one person with two tubes of caulking and some very cheap weatherstripping; unfortunately, disappointingly, we did not receive any notification that not only would the window not be replaced but it would only be minimally repaired. The person who uses that bedroom is disabled and becomes very distressed at loud noise; it would have helped our little home tremendously to have the approximately 20 year old window replaced, it has not seemed an unreasonable request. At the very least we would have appreciated the courtesy of an explanation as to why our probably 4th request to replace that bedroom window was denied. We still hope to inquire again and ask that the faulty, damaged window be replaced.

  Horrible living conditions. Day 3 of no water in my kitchen which means I can’t cook wash dishes or run dishwasher. They said they’d be right over hours ago. Never came. Oh yeah roaches too

  A Nightmare Experience – Hostile Management and Neglected Property ​Review: ​"Do not waste your money or your peace of mind at this place. Living at Alton Green has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, you realize that the administration has absolutely no interest in the well-being of the residents. The complex is extremely unstable and neglected. ​The service in the office is shameful. Anahy, the manager, is an arrogant person who seems to enjoy being hostile toward tenants. Instead of resolving maintenance issues or answering questions about billing, you are met with sarcasm and a total lack of respect. It is unbelievable that someone with such a low level of professionalism is in charge of a housing complex. ​The billing system they use is a total disaster; it is confusing and, in my view, designed to create conflict. The facilities do not receive the maintenance they promise, and the atmosphere feels heavy due to the poor management. Do not be fooled by the photos or the promises made when signing the lease. Once you are a resident, you are treated with complete contempt. Look for any other option in Aurora before moving here!
