I chose this building because it felt upscale, the neighborhood was safe, and the complex itself was well-maintained and pleasant when I first toured. I rented a roughly 900-square-foot one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor with a pool view (not a mountain or city view) for about $2,500 a month. I was a reliable, rule-abiding tenant the entire time I lived there: I paid on time, kept my unit clean, and even left multiple positive reviews. After about a year, things declined noticeably. Maintenance slipped. The elevators were never upgraded and became a serious problem. The “dog elevator” reeked of wet dog, the floors started buckling, buttons frequently stopped working, and it was the slowest elevator I’ve ever used in a six-story building. Waits of three to seven minutes were common, and it would often stop on the fourth floor even when no one had pressed the button. They also quietly removed the 24-hour coffee machine after staff left for the day, even though that convenience was part of the experience when I signed the lease. There was no rent reduction. The same pattern held when the pool and hot tub were out of service for repairs and when the garage door was under construction for months during winter: parking fees stayed the same and no rent credit was offered. Package handling was another recurring issue. If you didn’t pick up a package within three days, they would send it back without notice. I lost thousands of dollars’ worth of packages this way, including while I was on vacation, with no way to track or recover them afterward. The first floor often smelled of urine, smoke, and dogs. Despite being pet-friendly, there is no grass—only mulch. When it became soaked with dog waste, the entire exterior of the building smelled unpleasant every time I walked my dog. When my lease was ending, they required 60 days’ written notice that I was leaving. I did not yet have my next place locked in (though I would be out by the official move-out date), so I signed after the 60-day window. They then required me to stay an extra two months at double rent. They would not accept a job-relocation letter. The only concession they offered was splitting the extra months into two payments; otherwise they said they would file for eviction. I agreed to the two payments. Later I still received an eviction notice. After I confronted them, the manager apologized by email and said we had a written agreement. After I moved out I realized I had left expensive pans under the stove. Staff first said the maids hadn’t cleaned yet and they would let me know; when I followed up, they said nothing had been found. I was a consistently good, grateful resident who paid a high rent and left positive reviews. The way the last year and the move-out were handled felt like a slap in the face. I highly do not recommend living here. My new complex is much more enjoyable.

Probably one of the best places I’ve rented in Denver, CO. The management is top notch & super proactive on requests whether that be from my personal apartment or the complex as a whole. They are constantly making improvements to best serve it’s residents. 10/10 would recommend!!

I’ve had a really positive experience living here, largely because of the people who run the community. The manager and community manager have both been incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding in every interaction I’ve had with them. It’s clear they genuinely care about residents and go out of their way to be helpful. The maintenance staff is also incredible. They’re quick to respond, professional, and always make sure things are taken care of properly, which gives a lot of peace of mind. The community itself is well-maintained, and communication has always been clear and timely. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly, which made a big difference in my day-to-day experience. Overall, it’s been a welcoming place to live with a team that truly makes you feel heard and supported. I’ve dealt with a ton of nightmare properties and this place is clean, well maintained and just good people working there. They helped me with very challenging life situation and I couldn’t be more grateful!
