  I love living here! Friendly & helpful staff, fast maintenance, a great location & gym, plus King Soopers downstairs is super convenient. Building also feels safe with keyfob access throughout.

  Terrible management. Will think something is dealt with and then you are still dealing with it months later. Do not recommend living here.

  We have lived here for 18 months and love it. The location is perfect. I-25 & I-70 are 2 blocks. King Soopers in the 1st level, Whole Foods a block away, Union Station and all light rail 2 blocks, Coors Field 2 blocks, Pepsi Center a few blocks and more restaurants within walking distance then you can eat at. The office staff has been so great for us, helping us switch units into a killer corner unit with amazing skyline views. If we have needed anything, maintenance has been here within 24 hours each time. It's all been perfect for us really.

  I have been living at ALARA Union Station (fka Elan Union Station) for almost nine months and, contrary to many of the other comments on here, my experience to date has been pretty good. I enjoy living on top of a grocery store and being able to walk to Union Station in five minutes definitely cuts down on travel time to and from the airport. Also, the management office staff have always been really helpful and friendly when I've needed them. On the critical side, the fire alarm has gone off probably 3-4 times during my time here, which is somewhat unpleasant when it happens at 4am. Finally, there are a fair number of homeless people milling about the area, but they're everywhere in Denver and generally pretty harmless.
