I was retiring and we decided to move to Colorado from Massachusetts to be near our kids and wanted to do it quickly. We found Victoria via one of her listings and I can say it was a God send. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, flexible with her schedule and provided valuable insight and input during our buying process. If you are looking to move to the foothills area of Denver I would highly recommend you seek out Victoria.

Victoria is a super-star realtor! She helped me sell an estate house in Englewood and I can't speak highly enough of her. She is extremely organized and capable. During the process, Victoria listened to my goals and implemented efficiently. She never over-promised and always over-delivered. I didn't feel like I needed to become an expert because I trusted her expertise and skills. Thanks so much for all your invaluable help Victoria!

Working with Victoria was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always one step ahead, and consistently kept us informed throughout the entire process. Her dedication and hard work truly stood out, she genuinely cared about helping us sell our home and resolving any issues that came up quickly and professionally. Thanks to her expertise and commitment, we ended up closing super fast and for our asking price! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. (Her team was awesome too, thank you so much to everyone who made it happen!)

Victoria was an absolute god send!!! She is very well informed about CO real estate and advocated for me the entire way as a first time home buyer. She also taught me so much about the whole process. I’ve referred her to my friends and family and she’s taken good care of them as well! There’s no one else I’d rather work with when it comes to buying and selling homes in this beautiful state!

My family of 4 was moving to the Conifer area of CO and couldn’t find a house to buy. We were referred to Victoria who advised us of the limited inventory within our price range in the area we wanted, we were so disappointed. But she ended up finding us a long-term rental in the meantime. We could not be happier! She doesn’t usually work with rentals and she really went above and beyond to help us! I can’t sing her praises enough. She will definitely be our go-to realtor FOREVER! Not only does she know her job very well, but she genuinely cares for her clients and works to do what’s best for them. If you’re looking for a house or selling a house, Victoria Merchant will make it happen!
