- ABAshley BuderusSep 27, 20265.0Avilla Buffalo Run was a great home for a particular chapter in my life. The “tiny homes,” if you will, offered the benefits of a rental property while feeling much more like a home than an apartment. I lived in one of the homes next to the golf course, which meant I didn’t have anyone directly behind me and had a nice sense of privacy. The homes were new and well maintained, the maintenance team was always prompt and responsive, and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. I lived there with my cat and dog and really enjoyed the experience. I would recommend Avilla Buffalo Run to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood and the convenience of renting, but with a space that feels much more like a home than a traditional apartment.

Things were shakey there for a minute in the office However, they finilly hired the best most friendly office Manager, Jess. She is thoughtful, kind and very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of this property. She is always friendly and accomadating to my needs. Thank you, Christal

Any and all of our requests were and have been resolved promptly and quickly. The few times I needed to speak with current management, they were very professional and responsive to handling maintenance requests to answering questions about our lease.

We loved the self tour options making it easy for us to stop by and view the property before we decided to move forward with the application process. It was very quick and easy and we got an approval within a day! Cannot say more great things about the staff, they have been very attentive and friendly to help us with our move in highly recommended and cannot wait to join the community!
