  My application was denied, fine. But they told me my $200 holding fee would be returned "within 30 days". Going on 2 months and still have not received a check. They claim "accounting department has been experiencing some delays in issuing checks."

  So let me start with saying, beware of how much the add on to rent , my base rent was 1700 and I am paying over 2000 dollars monthly. They do not do any upkeep, the trees need to be cut, pool and spa gross, bugs everywhere (even though they charge me 30 dollars for pest control a month). Cant get in touch with management ever, except when you did something wrong like park in a spot that you’re not supposed, to even though we are in desperate need of more parking. I got a new car and temp tags I waited 2 hours to change my license plate and then I’m the morning the car was towed had to pay 400 dollars to get it out of the lot. Do not live here! Not worth it! By the way… when they say “we’re sorry we’re reaching out to you” they never reach out sadly.

  So far…. It’s ok. The buildings themselves are JUST ok. Lots of maintenance issues because they put them up for as cheap as possible. You wouldn’t guess that from the exorbitant rent. The maintenance guys are good, but they are understaffed and underpaid. Had to wait two days to get heater fix with not even a phone call from management. Parking is a big issue as they aggressively undercut parking to maximize units. The amenities are not up to snuff for the price. Again, done as cheaply as possible. On move in, plan on hiring a cleaning service. In the yard also do a THROUGH inspection before letting children or dogs out. I found 75+ dog piles, 17 razor blades, 2 broken bottles, 150+ nails, and an entire sheet of roofing plywood in the rocks. One of those I found in my foot, guess which.
