  I really like living here. I have some awesome neighbors. The Office has been great. I do have some issues, though.

  Went 20 years without issues renting from people until living here. Extremely corrupt, horrible place to live. Highly advise to stay away from all Rocky Mountain Communities rentals! Maintenance only cares about working on the lawn constantly, playground is unsafe, cops are always around - just no!

  I am still living here but maintenance is horrible they have came in when we were not home and have stolen our stuff and on top of it all they let kids and teenagers vandalise the park that little kids ay at

  Really enjoyed living here for the most part until they posted a notice on my door that my Rent was going up 65 dollars in the middle of my lease. I can barely afford the rent as is and they are trying to squeeze more out of me without me agreeing to anything. I am only about halfway through my lease and I am afraid I might get kicked out because I can't afford this increase. On top of this maintenance staff has walked right into our house without being let in and without posting a notice (was not in response to any emergency or me calling them for anything). I really like my privacy and this was a total invasion and left me feeling unsafe.
