- SRSusie R.2 days ago1.0Terrible bank. After they aquired First Bank, everything changed. They hold onto my money for days before paying on the debits. I get groceries delivered weekly since I'm disabled. They hold a second charge, equal to original for 3-10 days! I'm double charged until 2nd hold "drops" off. I can't afford that. I should be able to use my money. Customer Service blamed merchant. Merchant said it's PNC. They said oh yes, we do that. And will keep doing that. You're not handling my money! I'm closing my account and going elsewhere. The poor staff there is nice, but new.
