I lived at this complex for about 3 years. Here is my experience: 1. The leasing office staff: while they are friendly and nice, they never answer the phones. I would call multiple times in a day (at different times) and could never get through to anyone. Even though, if you go into the office, it’s completely quiet and they aren’t busy at all. 2. The maintenance staff is 10/10. They are pretty quick with submissions and are super friendly. 3. Parking: parking can be pretty frustrating. I would say if you get home anytime after 6pm it’s going to be tough to find a spot. If you decide to go out and get home late (anytime after 11pm) you will not find a spot. When I lived there, people started parking alongside the sidewalks as there were no spots anywhere. People who are not handicap, would park in handicap or the spots next to it. Not to mention, people don’t know how to park either and they will park so close to your car that you almost can’t get in and hit your car (happened to me). 4. The unit itself: the unit I was in was a half renovated / half not. It was pretty nice. The layout was cute and spacious. I had a 1b 1b unit. However, the bathtubs creak and it’s really annoying. You make any movement while you’re in the shower and it’s creaking so loud (not very relaxing and gets annoying). The windows are really bad. They’re drafty and old. In the winter time, the window will start to freeze upwards with ice on the inside. Your utility bill will 100% go up in the winter. 5. Trash: the compactor was broke quite often BUT I think that’s because people are lazy as hell and would put furniture in the trash compactor and because that can’t go in there, it would break. I will say, it was a little annoying that there was only 1 compactor for the whole complex. I didn’t like that I had to valet my trash in/on my car to the compactor. I think this place would benefit by adding valet trash services. 6. The Gate: the gate for the most part was in function during my time there. There were a few times it was broken and it would take forever to get fixed. 7. The Amenities: no complaints here really. Gym was always clean, pool was nice (not heated tho), clubhouse was cute. 8. Noise Issues: this is ultimately why I moved out. During my time here, I was surrounded by noise. The walls, floors, and ceilings are soooooo thin it’s insane. For the entirety of my time living here, I would hear the dude I shared my bedroom wall with, having intimate time and would hear his sounds and screams in my bedroom (so disturbing). I had to literally get up one night, go to his unit and tell him to stop. Even then, it got better but I would still hear it consistently. There was a night where I heard my neighbor screaming that they were going to kill themselves ( I called the cops). And then the person that lived above me, would stomp so hard that my ceiling fan would sway and my dishes would clank. They would keep me up until almost 3am stomping around. Plus, I would hear all conversations on the balconies from surrounding people as the windows are very thin and drafty too. If you want a quiet, peaceful place to live, this is NOT the place.

I have worked with Laneisha numerous times now, and each time I have worked with her she has been so kind and has answered all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area. The rest of the office staff has also been so kind each time I’ve come in!

Thank you Justin and Ashley for making sure that my unit has always been taken care of and for following up with me as well. I really appreciate it!

Lived here for 15 months on the second floor with garages under our unit. Spent a HORRIBLE winter with $350 electric bills and barely warm place, horrible insulation, old windows that let the wind in, paper thin floors and ceilings, had neighbors that constantly had the cops at their door, plus noisy neighbors in other buildings, broken trash compactor, bad parking situation, upstairs neighbors shook our apartment when they walked. There are way newer and better apartments in the surrounding area. 0/5 experience here.

There is a major parking problem in this community. It is fully paid ($8 per month for residents; $5 per day for guests) even for open spots with no guarantee on availability. Any vehicle that enters after 6PM will NEVER find an open spot.
