  We just moved out, but loved everything about living here! Austin was great in the office when we toured showing us every possible option (I’m very picky). Everything was laid out clear and there were no surprises with our lease. Angel was fantastic anytime we had a maintenance issue, which was very minimal! The community overall is very quiet. We were never once bothered by noise! We loved that the community hooked up to walking paths and we always felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly community!

  The staff is awesome and they’re always hosting different events each month, maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, community is always clean and neighbors are friendly. What more can you ask for?!

  We just moved in a week ago. We had a few maintenance requests. They responded quickly to them and I love the communication about the status of the requests and their findings. Trevor has been so communicative about the repairs and also shared tips on Townhouse living like the thermostat and such. So far I’m very satisfied with maintenance and the leasing office.

  The property management and maintenance team are wonderful. My only negative comment would be that too many tenants do not clean up after their pets
