  I've lived here for three months and I've never felt at home more! The roads are incredibly walkable, and everything is always so quiet, even if there are people right outside. It doesn't hurt to live right by the pool either, so walking up is super easy and convenient on hot days. Also, every door comes with a ring camera, which makes this place even safer than it already is. Will definitely stay here for a long time.

  Beautiful community and friendly staff! They were prompt in fixing broken items in the townhouse! Facilities stayed very clean and they did a great job in providing community events! It felt safe and family friendly! Sometimes felt that there were hidden expenses that drove price of rent pretty high despite the price that was disclosed when signing. Overall, great experience

  Although the townhomes are beautiful there are numerous issues with this community. For one, the residents don’t care and just let their dogs poop everywhere and don’t pick it up. The entire side of our lawn is covered in dog poop and even after reaching out to management, they just ignore you and let this issue keep happening. Complete disrespect for their residents and their concerns. On top of that, the pool has been closed for a ridiculous amount of time this summer due to “maintenance.” This is actually insane - we lived in Florida prior to this where pools are open year-round and every apartment there actually keeps up with maintenance every other day and does not close down the pool on residents. It is currently a Saturday in July and we got ready to go enjoy the good weather and the pool and see this closure - completely unacceptable. For how expensive this “luxury” complex is you’d expect a lot more.
