  Best apartment in whole city!! My family and I love looking at our view of the castle rock; the walk ability is 10/10! Festival park, coffee shops, farmers markets all right down the street <3 (no apartment with three sixes)

  I love living at the View! The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. With any issue that I had, they handled it with care. It’s better than any other apartment community experience in my life. I highly recommend our community!

  I love my new apartment and community! The party room is perfect for family gatherings, and I also really enjoy the community amenities and welcoming atmosphere. The office staff is friendly and helpful, especially Aumbree she’s easygoing and always willing to help. So happy to call this place home!

  I’ve moved in at the beginning of June and it’s been amazing here, 3rd floor has so many amenities from the dog park, pool, fitness center, the pool table, and the sports simulator. 2nd floor has areas where people can hangout, have meetings or work in private. The parking garage is great, and a public garage above it so friends and family can visit, though the public garage doesn’t belong to the building itself still very awesome. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They do their best with answering messages and get things fixed quickly. This place is new so there are some fixes and improvements, but that’s to be expected. It’s normal for a new building. This place also lets people pay in two separate payments throughout the month, so it can be easier to manage throughout the month or you can pay it all at the end of each month. 1st floor is where the office, bike racks, mailroom, and there is even a place to give your big a bath. There are trash shoots on every floor which is amazing!

  Disappointed to leave a poor review for the View at Castlerock, as I had high hopes as the building was opening. I was one of the VERY first residents to move into the View, and unfortunately a month ago I was forced to Evacuate my apartment due to being without climate control for Months in 100 degree + summer heat. Had to file for inhabitability, as the apartment completely failed on countless occasions to fix my unit. Maintenance is rough, like really rough. The leasing team is very nice and respectful, nothing against them, and on the surface, the community looks awesome, cool amenities and great location. But once you take a closer look, you start to see the issues. Its the Block leasing corporations fault. they own the building, and give extremely little support and help to the leasing staff and management. and The Block CHEAPS OUT everywhere!!!. the View's opening has been a major financial crises, with still over 60 percent of the building unoccupied and major mechanical failures like power outages, plumbing issues, security issues, HVAC issues, has led them to cheap out in every sense possible, including the construction of the building. Only 2 elevators for 221 units should be criminal, they are constantly packed and in use, and its only at 40 percent capacity right now. also Future Power failures are to come with cheap temporary fixes hooking the building up to Castlerock City power. The City of CR hates this building for a reason, it's why it took 4 years to build, major safety hazards and Fire standards never up to code. Emergency lighting is sketchy at best. Just lawsuits waiting to happen. And the Block knows it. With that said, always wishing the best to the leasing team, and hoping things are better for future residents, and the block is willing to invest the support they need to into this property. it took them 80 million to build it, so why cant they continue to make the property better if that have that kind of money? Debt? Who knows. Wouldn't suggest moving in here at the moment, maybe give it a few years. And yes unfortunately the 5 star reviews are indeed fake. its for raffles and tours only. not real reviews I'm afraid. hoping to get my deposit back in upcoming weeks here fingers crossed.
