Don’t move here:
I've been living here for some time now, and while the property itself is decent, the experience with the staff—particularly the property manager, Kylee Tamlin—has been consistently disappointing. Her behavior often carries an undercurrent of microaggressions and disrespect, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for residents. I make it a point to approach every interaction with kindness and respect, but unfortunately, that courtesy is rarely reciprocated.
Kylee’s demeanor is consistently unprofessional, and it's difficult to understand how someone with such poor communication skills holds a role that is fundamentally about managing people and building community. While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, this goes beyond that—it feels like a pattern of disengagement, rudeness, and a lack of basic interpersonal skills.
It’s unfortunate, because the property has so much potential—but the management experience leaves a lot to be desired! I don’t want her to get fired or anything, I just wish she would get trained to do better
* Editing this after moving out a few weeks ago — office manager, Kylee Tamlin, was terrible right up to the bitter end, and not once did I hear anything positive about her from other tenants. We went through every “proper” channel with corporate to document her constant microaggressions and flat-out disrespect, and they still did nothing. Instead, they ignored us completely and eventually told staff not to interact with us at all. In my experience, if you want to live somewhere that actually takes tenant concerns seriously, don’t move here. The problem isn’t just her, the rot starts at the top.
