  Scheduled a tour and no one showed up. The office was locked and no one came out even though I was there during their business hours. I left work and waited for an hour and called multiple times. No one even reached out to follow up. I understand that everything has gone ai but why are staff not in office during their listed business hours. What a waste of my time!

  Been here about 4 months and everything has been great. I’ve had 3 things that I’ve needed to put work orders in for and everytime, it’s been fixed either same day or within 24 hours. Teron, the maintenance guy has been great! He’s super quick to fix things and clearly knows what he’s doing. He also seems to actually care that things get done and done right. That was always my biggest issue with previous apartments as they would always take weeks and sometimes months before they would even come and take a look at an issue. It has made living at these apartments very stress free!

  Not exactly impressed with the apartment complex. The apartments are spacious and look nice but the building quality is lacking. From flimsy trim board on the cabinets to missed caulking around the kitchen sink. You’ll read about other issues in some of the other honest reviews that Auburn Brook didn’t pay for. The leasing office is hardly ever open during the hours that are stated on the door, and they’re definitely not open during the hours that are stated on their website. Not once have I seen them open on the weekends. This makes it difficult to speak to them face to face about issues that you’re having when you work long hours. Emails get answered but forgotten about quite a bit. One of my biggest gripes is all the third party services they use, Domuso to pay your rent and con-service for all the utilities. Seems like apartment complex’s can’t do anything themselves anymore. Additionally I had a maintenance person walk in to my apartment without any prior notice or consent. They made a work order themselves and put down it was okay to enter. Nothing was really offered to compensate for the illegality’s of what was done. Overall I think there’s better places to go if you’re going to be paying this much money for rent. They have a lot of competition so definitely shop around before committing. UPDATE: I sent an email that Celtic had provided in their response with zero response. The customer service is terrible. Additionally I had moved out, been in contact with the property manager and the only person that would ever take the time to reach out and contact me is an AI assistant regarding final payment that I strongly disagreed with. The attempt to collect a late fee when the property manager wasn’t present to accept the final check is insane. This company emphasizes overworking their employees, understaffing their properties and charging you extra fees while supporting their business with AI. Complete disaster

  This is a beautifully amazing place to live!!! The apartments, facilities, views are spectacular!!! The leasing staff is always willing to help and extremely resourceful!!
