Been here about 4 months and everything has been great. I’ve had 3 things that I’ve needed to put work orders in for and everytime, it’s been fixed either same day or within 24 hours. Teron, the maintenance guy has been great! He’s super quick to fix things and clearly knows what he’s doing. He also seems to actually care that things get done and done right. That was always my biggest issue with previous apartments as they would always take weeks and sometimes months before they would even come and take a look at an issue. It has made living at these apartments very stress free!

I have been a tenant here for years and the manager Lucinda is doing an excellent job. Any problems are promptly fixed and she truly cares that everyone here has a good experience.

Just want to shout out to Lucinda. She went above and beyond to make sure moving in was as smooth as possible. We walked through the apartment the day before and she noticed the carpets were stained still after cleaning. She had them completely replaced before our move in without me asking. I appreciate her attention to detail.

Absolutely awful woman as a property manager. We applied to live there after being completely honest about my criminal background because we were told we could appeal and likely get approved. We were also told we would be refunded our full $200 deposit if we couldn’t be accepted. Then property manager Kiley butts her head in calling me a criminal to my wife and refusing to speak to me at all. Then we were told we would only be receiving half our money back and it would come in check form. After waiting for the check and not receiving it we disputed the charge. Then the company took the money out of my wife’s account. After calling Kiley to ask about the check she called me a liar saying it was disputed and said she never sent the check. Kiley I will be seeing you in small claims court and I will be finding a way to your boss. You may classify me as a criminal because of something that happened more than 4 years ago but today I am a strong and hard working business owner with years of sobriety and an extreme drive. You should have just sent the check.

Don’t move here: I've been living here for some time now, and while the property itself is decent, the experience with the staff—particularly the property manager, Kylee Tamlin—has been consistently disappointing. Her behavior often carries an undercurrent of microaggressions and disrespect, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for residents. I make it a point to approach every interaction with kindness and respect, but unfortunately, that courtesy is rarely reciprocated. Kylee’s demeanor is consistently unprofessional, and it's difficult to understand how someone with such poor communication skills holds a role that is fundamentally about managing people and building community. While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, this goes beyond that—it feels like a pattern of disengagement, rudeness, and a lack of basic interpersonal skills. It’s unfortunate, because the property has so much potential—but the management experience leaves a lot to be desired! I don’t want her to get fired or anything, I just wish she would get trained to do better * Editing this after moving out a few weeks ago — office manager, Kylee Tamlin, was terrible right up to the bitter end, and not once did I hear anything positive about her from other tenants. We went through every “proper” channel with corporate to document her constant microaggressions and flat-out disrespect, and they still did nothing. Instead, they ignored us completely and eventually told staff not to interact with us at all. In my experience, if you want to live somewhere that actually takes tenant concerns seriously, don’t move here. The problem isn’t just her, the rot starts at the top.
