  Went to tour yesterday. We’re not even from this state. The main lady was on lunch. We waited 30 minutes like the sign said for her to come back. When we did she let us know she had another appointment and couldn’t tour us….mind you we waited - there was no other appointment. Upon walking out she slammed the door behind us and changed her be back soon sign. We took this as a sign management would suck here if she works there in that fashion. Life is too short to lie and be rude to people.

  Just moved into the ARA townhomes in August and are incredibly pleased with the home, amenities and incredible team! Sinead and Cameron are both incredibly responsive and professional. Highly recommend this community as a home if you’re moving to Castle Rock!

  I was the first tenant in this brand new build in the summer of 2025. I dealt with serious HVAC issues in my townhome for 9 months, and it was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had. It took nearly a year to properly identify and fix a leak, despite repeated maintenance requests and obvious signs that something was wrong. In the meantime, I went through multiple stretches without adequate heat in the winter and without air conditioning in the summer. At one point in January, I came home from work to find my apartment at 48 degrees, and it then took four days for heat to be restored. Situations like this were handled with little urgency and poor communication. Because the system wasn’t functioning properly for months, I also ended up paying significantly higher electric bills due to running space heaters. These costs were never addressed or reimbursed. While the issue was eventually fixed, after they agreed to an early lease termination, the timeline and lack of accountability were unacceptable. Tenants should not have to repeatedly follow up, live in unsafe temperatures, and absorb extra costs just to get a maintenance issue resolved. I would not recommend living here.
