  I was the first tenant in this brand new build in the summer of 2025. I dealt with serious HVAC issues in my townhome for 9 months, and it was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had. It took nearly a year to properly identify and fix a leak, despite repeated maintenance requests and obvious signs that something was wrong. In the meantime, I went through multiple stretches without adequate heat in the winter and without air conditioning in the summer. At one point in January, I came home from work to find my apartment at 48 degrees, and it then took four days for heat to be restored. Situations like this were handled with little urgency and poor communication. Because the system wasn’t functioning properly for months, I also ended up paying significantly higher electric bills due to running space heaters. These costs were never addressed or reimbursed. While the issue was eventually fixed, after they agreed to an early lease termination, the timeline and lack of accountability were unacceptable. Tenants should not have to repeatedly follow up, live in unsafe temperatures, and absorb extra costs just to get a maintenance issue resolved. I would not recommend living here.

  We have really enjoyed living here, it is quiet and everyone is very nice, great, quiet neighbors. John the maintenance man has always been a great help as well!

  Excellent service!! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly .. the property is gorgeous with amazing views; quiet and in the proximity of many shopping, dining and local attractions.
