Not only did she guide me through the selling negotiations with professionalism and patience, but she also helped keep me get calm and focused when emotions were running high. Her ability to temper my frustration and help me see the bigger picture made all the difference. She also has a great eye for preparing a home for sale. From recommending repairs and updates to helping with decorating ideas and paint colors, her advice truly helped make the house more appealing and market-ready. Most importantly, she genuinely cared about me throughout the process, not just the sale itself. I’m grateful for all of her hard work, support, honesty, and expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

  We recently purchased our 2nd property with Trudi and we would recommend her over and over again. She always goes the extra mile and pays attention to details even we didn’t think about. If this weren’t our (hopefully) final home we would use again. Although if we decide to start purchasing investment properties we definitely will choose Trudi first!

  Trudi has assisted me on three occasions and I have been impressed with her attention to detail. She does thorough market analysis and is a stickler for detail when it comes to contracts. We sold a property and the language she had inserted in the contract saved us a significant amount when an unforeseen issue came up. The market analysis she did when a relative was selling in a location over 200 miles away was spot on. She sold my mother's house in what had to be record time-before it even hit the MLS. She will always give 100% satisfaction to her clients.

  We have worked with Trudi both selling and buying. We were very confident in her knowledge, and ability to get us the best price for selling, and negotiate the best price for buying. Her knowledge is extensive, and we felt she would always be there for us. She has been in the RFV for years, and is knowledgeable of the many areas, sub-divisions, undeveloped land, condominiums, and houses coming onto the market.
