  Outside lights don’t work, sprinkler system for common grounds is broken in many places. This causes a swap to permanently leak water over the sidewalk making it slippery and disgusting. And there is a person on staff that smokes outside my front door. Like right outside. Way closer then the 100 feet that is published in the rules for smoking. Typical corporate set up. Nobody cares about anything but the rent.

  Greg is awesome. Always knows exactly how to resolve and fix the issue. He also responds quicker than anywhere I’ve lived before.

  We had a great experience living at Terracina! The staff were always helpful and friendly — Tracy in particular was wonderful throughout our time here, especially with making our move-out process smooth and easy. The pool and common areas are well-maintained and a nice place to relax, and the residents were friendly too. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Broomfield.
