  Would be awesome if valet trash rules were actually enforced instead of having a constant stream of trash sitting in the hallways waiting days for it to be picked up. Trash that is set outside Friday afternoon isn't picked up until Monday afternoon. This is a major health and pest concern. This however also tracks with the urine soaked cement from animals being allowed to use the bathroom literally anywhere. Note that terracina charges residents for shared area cleaning, but has never once power washed the urine soaked stairwells. It also took 3 weeks for the cleaning crew to pick up the animal feces that were in our hallway for those three weeks. If you like to breathe urine and trash, and deal with bugs in your unit from other careless tenants, while dodging turds walking to your unit, sign a lease here. The complex should rebrand as a homeless shelter because that's what it looks and smells like.

  Lived here for two years, and had a great overall experience. Very nice apartment, with beautiful amenities. The staff was fantastic and helped with every question or issue, which was not often. Matt, Davida, and Tracy, thank you again!

  CIGARETTE SMOKE - Management won't do anything about neighbors that smoke cigarettes. Fining people, kicking them out, leaving letters or notices, they won't do any of that after being asked multiple times. Instead they told ME to find out who is doing it. Ok so I set up on the sidewalk with binoculars and look into everyones apartment like some pervy detective?? Great plan! Really helpful especially having a kid with asthma!! If you want that clean mountain air - look elsewhere
