Me and my wife checked out this place and even though we did not end up deciding on this complex the service provided to us was top notch. I believe the rep that assisted us was Trevin. What a lovely experience we had and one that I would recommend to anyone
They offer a community garden as an amenity, but don’t provide water to the garden. We have to lug gallons of water around the whole property from our apts. Pretty disappointing.

had a really good experience moving in, trevin was great! i was pleased to know it came w/ a free parking spot in the garage, my old apartment i paid $8 a month to park outside. i love having valet, i rarely hear my neighbors, the amenities are nice, & all the staff/workers are super friendly!
Coming back to add ANOTHER issue! Started with my closet carpet now water is seeping into the closet by the front door!! Yall I can’t stress enough how cheap these apartments are. This is ridiculous. Changed to two stars bc the employees are nice and quick about responding but these apartments are just not worth it. :/
TRUST THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS INCLUDING MINE!! Had to come back and add now the electric has randomly shut off not due to weather. Just happened at 5:45am and I got woken up by my electric items beeping/things turning on etc. this is the 5TH TIME at least within span of 3 months of living here…
This was the first part of the review:
I’ve lived here for 3 months and already I’ve had the maintenance men in for the AC (bc it kept making the most obnoxious noise) four times now. then the washer kept leaking at least 2-3x before it just glitched out and the “motherboard stopped functioning” according to the maintenance guy so he said they’d replace it with a “new washer”…. The “new washer” they replaced it with is dirty.
Aside from the issues in the unit, I had a lady proceed to cuss me out in the parking lot because she was having a bad day and didn’t know how to use her words/process her emotions. These are the people you live with around here. The supposed to be convenient tech y items like touch pad doors and secure garages are all glitchy and work off and on never consistent.
All this to say, the prices are low here but you definitely get what you pay for lol. I regret moving here big time and will not be renewing my lease and I don’t recommend it to others. Move here at your own risk of discomfort.
The property itself is beautiful and the amenities are genuinely great. But what made it special was the team.
Trevin is amazing. He’s always finding ways to improve your experience, make you feel part of the community, and he’s quick to help with whatever you need. Nothing was ever a hassle.
Diana, the manager, was always available and incredibly understanding. When I told her I’d found a home and needed to move, she worked with me instead of against me. That kind of grace is rare in property management, and I won’t forget it.
And the views — I was lucky enough to land one of the apartments with a real view, and it was breathtaking. Morning coffee on that balcony was worth the rent on its own.
Honestly, I feel like I wasted years renting elsewhere. To be fair, Fusion 355 didn’t exist yet when I first moved to the area — but if it had, I’d have been here the whole time.
To Diana, Trevin, and the entire team: thank you for making me feel at home. Leaving was bittersweet. If you’re looking in Broomfield, look here first.
