I have managed apartments myself and, wow, Olivia, Dakota, and maintenance team are truly incredible at Caliber! They have been responsive, accommodating, caring, and resolve any issues quicker than I’ve ever experienced. Thanks so much!

I absolutely love this community! It’s such a beautiful place to call home, and the amenities are amazing. The pool is incredible, and the fitness center and yoga room are both fantastic. The staff is wonderful, especially Nasir, who is always so friendly and helpful. Bernice, the manager, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly, and the maintenance team is always on top of things whenever something needs attention. I also can’t say enough about the location! Being right off 36 and 470 makes getting around so easy. The mall is super close, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, and Boulder is just a short drive away. After searching for the right place, I’m so happy I finally found home. I couldn’t be happier here! ❤️🏡

Bernice sucks at communication and would rather stare at you through the glass and send her minion than have a constructive conversation. No sympathy for disabled children. Complex smells like dog piss and people do not pick up after their dogs . Concrete is cracking in hallways. Foundation is sinking to the point my bathroom door doesn’t close properly anymore, within 9 mos of moving in here. Peeling walls outside the building in the stairwells. Drain pipes falling off the building. Kids screaming and riding scooters in the hallway. Broken light fixtures hanging for months that will knock you in the head inevitably. You’ll be charged for valet but they take it when they want to and leave trash bags by the elevator for your dogs to lap up, because they don’t care about them either (see photos for trash juice trails). When we moved in we could see the metal on the walls because massive chips had been taken out. Aside from this place being disgusting, staff is old hearted, they lie and don’t actually know the law. I will be filing with BBB for her comment about our request being “illegal“.

Nearly 8 months here, and in the entire time I’ve lived here, I have had nonstop maintenance issues — from small things (door handles falling off, a loose toilet seat, dents in walls and flooring, having different key locks on different locks on different doors, and numerous other issues) to a serious electrical problem in my first two months, where breakers tripped repeatedly and power went out across every room. Maintenance staff claimed to be “certified” but couldn’t fix it. It took multiple emails to the property’s non-habitable line before an actual electrician was sent out — he found loose wiring, a known fire hazard, that had gone unaddressed for weeks. Since then, maintenance requests have continued nonstop and routinely take several weeks to resolve. We’ve also had ongoing issues with birds nesting near our entryway and bird droppings from a feeder on the unit above our garage, with no real response from management when raised until I notified them that I was going to be posting reviews. One staff member, Trevor, was helpful, but didn’t stay long. Olivia later told me switching units would be simple if problems continued — but when I found a comparable unit, I was told by her that I’d owe a transfer fee, a new admin fee, and would need to redo income verification (impacting my credit), just to escape issues that were the property’s responsibility. To be fair, the grounds next to the complex are attractive, there's a nice off-leash dog area with the park maintained by the city of Broomfield, and neighbors have been friendly. But given the constant maintenance failures, safety concerns, and how transfer requests were handled, I can't recommend this complex and cannot wait to leave. I've paid on time and tried to be a low-maintenance tenant, and still feel this experience reflects poorly on management.

I am writing this review to encourage anyone looking at apartments in the Broomfield area to look elsewhere. My wife and I have been long term tenants for approximately 5 to 6 years. We recently moved across the way to a new apartment in the same complex. When we had officially moved out of our previous apartment we had hoped our original fees upon moving into the complex would help cover any repair work. Which was carpet cleaning, and minimal maintenance to get the apartment cleaned and ready. After an estimated $4500 to $5000 dollars just for relocating to another unit, we were charged EXTRA because of drainage, trash valet, water, and sewer usage. This charge is just about $540. These fees are tied to the fact that even though we paid our rent (which was assumed to have the utilities tied into the final rent from the previous place) we were suppose to clean out drainage, and other things upon move out. As a residential home service technician. I've never seen such a way that a complex can screw over a tenant. I've seen a lot as a home technician but to charge extra for work that would be recommended for a pro for move out procedure for a apartment felt like a huge punch in the gut and a way to stack fees and charges against us. The pictures I've attached to this review also speaks volumes to the apartment complex's behavior. Minimal work done, and overcharge the tenants to help compensate for their loses. We are coming to a age where this "amenities" (dog park, dishwasher, dryer and washer unit, regular parking for tenant vehicles) would be considered common in apartments in Broomfield, not luxury. If this is what is considered luxury then I'm clearly out of my mind. I WAS a very happy as a tenant living here but after my experience I do not recommend this complex to anyone.
