  Nasir with Maintenance at Caliber at Flatirons Apartments was excellent to work with. Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He stayed involved during the inspection and repair process, communicated concerns clearly, and genuinely cared about getting the issue handled correctly for both the property and residents.   The apartment complex is well maintained, a lot of care goes into keeping this place pleasant. Nacir is the person to thank for that. He is friendly and reliable, and great at his job.

  A huge shout out to the amazing people in the office, Berenice, Olivia and Lisa who made my move in as smooth as possible and answering all my questions and getting my work order in. Another shout out to Alex who was here quickly to take care of my dishwasher.

  I had a tour with Olivia. She was just exceptional. Kind and knowledgeable even though she only recently transferred to Caliber. She was the best leading agent we met in the valley, hands down! Caliber is beautiful, well located and in my opinion fairer with their prices.
