  Absolutely terrible communication. Trying to charge us illegal move out fees and cant seem to get ahold of anyone. constant lies from them saying they're communicating will their corporate team but the person who is trying to collect payment sees no nots being added of this back and forth. Update my bill to remove these illegal cleaning charges and I will delete this review.

  They are trying to collect a move out cleaning fee from me. This goes against Colorado Law given this charge have been described as a “touch up clean”. You cannot charge for cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. Not to mention I left the place cleaner than it was given to me. I’ve been contacting the leasing office on this for OVER A MONTH. The property manager let me know she would call my back by end of day which was 2 days ago and I did not hear back. I will delete my review when this charge is removed and I receive an updated bill.

  The apartment itself is nice, quiet neighbors, the view is nice. Safe neighborhood. Many nights, there’s not enough parking, spots are tight and if you get back after 9-10 pm, but overall it’s a good place to live.
