  Troy… The “Community Manager” who hides from the Community that he wants to serve!!! And Rachel, the representative of this Community who would lie to your face, via texts, and over the phone and she will do NOTHING TO HELP YOU!!!!! This is the first time in over 13 years renting apartments where I had to pay $55 JUST TO SEE the community! Unheard of … in my opinion!!! I was offered a code “EASYACCESS” that would save me the money (according to their Bot/AI assistant). Nope!!! That was a lie! I was charged the money and it took me over 2 months before I got my money back! If you value your time, and peace of mind stay away from Brownstones@ Palisade Park!!!!! If I could I would not give even 1 star…

  Beautiful units. Read the community rules first. I was an approved applicant here and withdrew before signing. The homes are nice. Newer construction, good layouts, attached garages. Two things in the paperwork stopped us. Kids can't ride bikes, scooters, rollerblades, or anything with wheels anywhere in the community. Not on the sidewalks, not in the common areas. They also can't play or loiter on stairs, breezeways, or sidewalks at any time. Riding on pedestrian sidewalks carries a fine of $15 to $25 after a written notice. We have two young boys, so this was the dealbreaker. Small nails for hanging pictures are allowed, but the lease says nail holes are never normal wear and tear even if you fill and paint them. There's no published price for that, so the charge comes out of your deposit at move-out at management's discretion. Colorado law as of January 2026 says small nail holes are normal wear and tear and can't be charged, so this is worth asking about. One logistical note. You can't take possession until electric service is in your name and insurance is uploaded, and United Power can take several days to schedule. Management would not move our start date, so make sure your utilities are lined up before you pick one. The $250 earnest money is non-refundable. Ask for the lease and community rules before you pay it.

  This morning, I walked into Brownstones at Palisade Park and received one of the most genuine, cheerful, and enjoyable welcomes I have ever experienced. I was greeted with the kind of radiant, genuine warmth that instantly made me feel at ease. Rachel, the Leasing Specialist, was incredibly kind to share her mission to make all future and current residents truly feel at home. It says so much about this community to have such a caring team member.

  This place had been amazing right from the start. All of the bad reviews are because they ask for an application to be completed before looking at the apartments. The staff has been nothing but nice from the start. This is the most square footage we found in broomfield and surrounding areas for the cost. The convenience is amazing as you are close to everything and every Thursday there is life music and food trucks in the park. You can’t beat that! When we moved in the townhouse was spotless! I have never seen a cleaner place when you moved into a place. The staff went out of their way to help with anything we need and continue to do so. We are glad we choose this place to live for our family.

  The personnel at the leasing office have been nothing short of tremendously professional, patient, and easy to work with... particularly Rachel. Beautiful location, and even better people!
