    Do not live here. I lived here for 2 years (practically 4 years since my ex partner lived here for 2 prior to i moving in) and in those 4 years the things they try to sell you on are: Hot tub: literally has worked for 5 months total in the 4 years. I kid you not, it never works. They will try to sell you on it but it never gets fixed. If it does it breaks within a week. The gym: works but the equipment is outdated and never calibrated right. For instance i can pull the max weight on the fly machine with one hand. I’m strong but i’m not lift 200 pounds with one arm strong. The sanitation is also atrocious. They either never provide bacterial wipes or the wipes have been in there so long they’re dry to the bone. It’s a cesspool. Parking garage: for an extra $50 a month you can have your spot casually taken by anyone, pigeons poop on your hood every day or get the pleasure of seeing a road killed pigeon on your walk to the car (it will stay there for at least a week before someone has the decency to move it.) Trash Valet: this one is the best. For an extra fee you can have the entire hallway smell of trash. Everyday Sunday-Thursday. When they pick it up that is. Sometimes they pick it up at noon, sometimes it’s 1am. Sometimes they don’t. The residents here are a good mix between college kids, divorced singles and family’s of 6+. Sometimes the pool literally has an extended family of 16 people hanging out and blasting music. I wasn’t going to leave a review, in fact i was going to renew a lease for one more year until i decided to leave Colorado but 3 weeks ago i was confronted by someone at the front desk with such hostility and sass for asking if they could use the information they had on file rather than me pencil push all the paperwork over again. I was practically insulted by some 110 pound 5’6 looking dude (the manager?) for even assuming that was a thing and was told it was going to be another non refundable deposit fee of $300 and then got scorned for not telling them 2 months prior to my lease being up (sorry didn’t know my partner and i were breaking up 2 months ago). This place has changed ownership and management at least 4 times since the 2 years i’ve lived here and now i know why. Don’t worry though, they’ll jack up your rent year to year to make up for the salary changes. Good riddance.

    I walked in to get some info, and Crystal was very professional and welcoming. I felt like I was part of the family since I walked in. We need more Crystal’s in this world!

    Came to do a tour yesterday with Crystal. From the moment I walked in she was extremely friendly and bubbly. Very positive attitude and welcoming. Was already very interested in the property but she made my decision so much easier !! Thank you Crystal

    Our experience was very disappointing. We had booked a tour for 3:00 PM on Sunday and drove for an hour to reach the apartment. Upon arrival, the office staff informed us that our appointment had been double-booked and refused to show us the apartment. We even presented our booking confirmation, but she still did not accommodate us or offer any solution. Because of this, we cannot comment on the apartment quality, but the customer service was extremely poor. The staff member we spoke with was Hayde.
