- WEWesley EnglishApr 2, 20255.0We have been using PMI Breck to manage our property and I can only say great things about them. They do a quality job and most of the time we get nothing but 5 star reviews and if something is a little off with a guest - they fix it. Recently a guest at our condo had to be cancelled due to an act of god where the entire condo building (37 units)n was flooded and the Town of Breckenridge shut the building down. I had to personally cancel the guest because my condo was flooded and we only knew the day before arrival. Unfortunately the guest took it out on PMI unfairly as they had nothing to do with the flood or the cancellation. I'm sorry they got the brunt of an upset traveler as it wasn't deserved. They are a great partner.
