I moved here from LA and Santa Barbara, CA where apartments are notoriously horrible and overpriced so I think this is a pretty good spot. They are reasonably priced apartments for what you get - overall my apartment is in good condition except for a few minor things like the drawers in the kitchen are a little wonky and no AC. I have only had good experiences with maintenance - I had issues with the washer and dryer when I moved in, they sent someone to fix it, but it broke again, and they replaced it quickly. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this place!
