  Five stars is not enough to express the quality of service we got working with The Thomas | Ratay Team. Over the past 7 months we looked at over 100 houses in many different towns and neighbhorhoods on the front range. Most of these houses were seen in huge sprints while we visited from the east coast with our two boys under 5. Greg and Jim were amazing, welcoming and friendly with the kids, patient with us as we got clear on the right neighborhoods towns and budget.They set up virtual showings as well, mailed flyers, introduced us to contractors, landscapers, and our realtor back here in NJ even! Now that we have closed on the house, while still in NJ, they have gone above and beyond to keep an eye on the house until we arrive, including but not limited to taking out the seller last round of recycling so we arrive to empty street bins. Shelby who handled all our digital communications was also fantastic! This is our 4th home purchase as a family and by far the best on record. I can not recommend them more!! But I will. We are so grateful to their whole team.

  Jim Thomas and his Team at Thomas Ratay at RE/MAX Alliance were amazing to be a partner in our recent sale and purchase in July 2025. This was our 2nd time working with Jim and Shelby from his Team. Jim was supportive in every aspect of our sale and purchase and had some valuable suggestions that show his years of experience in real estate sale and communications in the Colorado market. Jim always had our interest first and foremost and when we least expected it, Jim was there to assist.   Ratay Realty came highly recommended to us from some friends. Chris took us all around town and was so patient with my wishy-washy decisions. When we finally found the house we wanted, Chris was masterful in snagging an acceptance on our offer in less than 2 hours after we submitted it. Shannon and the team made the buying process easy and kept us organized. They also referred us to a great mortgage broker. I will call Ratay Realty for all of my realty needs in the future.

  Chris Ratay and the Ratay Realty Team are some of the best Realtors I've ever worked with. As a mortgage lender for the past 17 years I've closed deals with hundreds of Realtors and this team definitely receives the most compliments ever from their clients. I also have to say that Chris goes out of his way to protect the buyer's interest throughout the entire transaction more than any Realtor. With incredible customer service, extreme local knowledge, and always working on behalf of their clients I wouldn't hesitate to refer their services. If you're looking for the best Front Range real estate team...call Chris!
