- SMStella MeyerMay 27, 20262.0not the worst landlords in Boulder but definitely subpar. The Lodge has repeatedly given less than a day of notice before shutting off power and water (often for hours). They use AI to send communications which is frankly deplorable given the impact on the community, environment, and job market. Our stairs outside were dangerously broken for months with no updates on repairs (though they have been fixed by now). My roommate and I barely have separate bedrooms as there is a massive whole in the wall (maybe to make it legal to rent out an apartment without a bedroom window). There have been numerous other small gripes here and there, and overall I would not recommend living here and will not be resigning.

We were greeted by the office team with smiles and professionalism We just wanted to ask a couple questions, but Libby Hall offered to tour us in the same size unit that we have our lease for Plus where all the amenities are located. She was super knowledgeable about the surrounding area to assist us with where to catch the closest bus and our packages would get delivered to the site. Libby was super knowledgeable, super friendly and super professional during our tour with her. Thank you, Libby for taking the time out of your day to tour us around and make us feel welcome We appreciate you!!
