  Susan made selling our home straight forward and efficient by advising us on key points to make it happen quickly. Staging the house, suggesting basic repairs and most importantly determining the right selling price did exactly that. Her exceptional communication kept us informed throughout the entire process. She did what she said she would do! If your looking for a great realtor I would recommend that you reach out to her!

  I have known Susie for over 11 years and have been blessed to get to know her as a friend, a neighbor, a community organizer, and a “to-go person” for everything in Boulder.
