  I lived in a Glenlakes Apartment from 2023-2025. It was one of my favorite apartments ever! It was in such an underrated Boulder location. Walking distance to grocery stores, small businesses, coffee shops, Raybacks Brewery, and Howard Houston park. It’s a decent price for Boulder (where everything is so too expensive). Are there some things that you “get what you pay for”? Sure. No in unit laundry, no central AC (but a decent living room AC), and my package was stolen once… HOWEVER, we had amazing views of the flatirons, in an amazing location, parking included, maintenance was quick and friendly, the office ladies were nice and knew me by name… The list goes on! At the end of our lease, we got our full security deposit back plus interest, which is a shock in Boulder because most places are run by profit over people big businesses. I am reminiscing on my time in Boulder and Glenlakes was my favorite (and cheapest) apartment I stayed in! Including some pictures of the amazing views we had.

  Been a resident for more than an year now Pros: 1. Reasonably priced for North Boulder Cons: 1. No security on premises. The gate is open for all and have spotted homeless people sleeping in. No security cameras in place, the leasing office is not interested in having them installed 2. Laundry room could use serious improvements - the machines require quarters to run and there is no quarter vending machine; left over clothes, detergent spills, lints make laundry room messier 3. Incidents of stolen and broken personal items. Had incidents where deliveries were stolen, items kept in balcony were damaged and almost looted 4. Air conditioning window units are very old and noisy, and won’t be effective for any more than your living room 5. Covered parking spots have leaking roofs. Good luck with getting your car washed and having it clean for at least 2 days.

  Loved it, was sad to move (for a job). Maintenance was always super quick to respond, staff always gave advanced notice when they had to come in to the apartment. The remodeled units were beautiful, great price. Grounds and building were always cleaned and upkeep was great. One of my favorite places I have ever lived and will absolutely move there again if I live in Boulder.
