    Worst apartment in Boulder. Garage door has been stuck open for months at a time so anyone can get into the building, our washing machine has been showing the same error code for months and no one can fix it, and the only way you can talk to the management is through a worker at the leasing office in a whole different complex. There’s no contact anywhere and an AI answers the phone every time. They do not care about their residents or their safety. Also started charging for utilities 4 months into living and expected us to pay 4 months of utilities at once, and have ignored our request for a screen door that we made in August.
