I love this place. I have lived here for 2 years and am getting ready to renew my lease. To the 2 most recent negative reviews - Fatih Guler and Yakhyo Yakhyoev - I live on the same floor as you, and your reviews are lies. Sally and Joel are the best team that ever managed this place and you have been terrible neighbors. You are angry that management won't renew your lease because of fights you have that cause us to call the police on you, the cats you moved in without letting the manager know. I have pets and I paid my pet deposit and my pet rent every month, why should you get to have pets and not follow the rules? No one in this building wants to live near you because you are so disrespectful, loud, and dirty neighbors. Anyone reading the negative reviews - beware that they are not based in truth! I would recommend anyone to live at this community, it's wonderfully managed and most neighbors are awesome!
Highly recommended!
I've lived here for a year now and absolutely love it. Sally, the property manager, does an excellent job. Joel, the maintenance man, is competent, responsive, and does great work. They take really good care of the building, keeping everything clean and in working order.
The application and approval process does take some time. There is a lot of paperwork and forms to fill out and submit and edit and resubmit and so forth. It's a very rigorous process that Sally totally understands inside and out. She has been doing this a long time and knows how to work the system and get things done. Many of the delays are outside of her control once she has submitted paperwork, but she knows how to monitor progress and keep things moving.
And the wait is totally worth it! The floor plans and appliances are wonderful and the 9 ft ceilings with 8 ft windows are delightful. It's also so nice to have a deck to sit out on. There are clean and modern laundry machines on every floor and you pay with an app so you don't have to always have a bunch of quarters.
It's very quiet because the building is solid concrete including floors and ceilings. There is a train track in the back that I was worried about but it turns out that there are very few trains and I don't even hear them in my apartment.
Parking is only $75 a month in the attached parking ramp and I can drive up and park on my level and walk right into my floor (through the key-card security door) without having to take the elevator or stairs. Great when I get home with a bunch of stuff! And for moving in.
I get a free RTD pass. Any bus, any train, any direction, anytime. For free. There is an RTD station in the lower level of the parking ramp with service to and from downtown Denver and the Denver airport. I also get free use of Boulder Bike e-bikes and there is a rack right outside the door. There is a CarShare Colorado car on the first level of the parking ramp and I get discounted rates.
Whole Foods and Target are two blocks away, Trader Joe's is a block beyond that, and King Soopers is just down the road. The building is right on the Boulder trail system with nice paved trails in all directions.
I've met most of the people on my floor, and everyone is really friendly.
I just love it here!

The amount of greediness that I experienced with this company is insanely unmatched. it’s very unethical business practices here. Run fast and run with full speed!
Warning renters! Please read this review carefully as I’m going to explain how unethical this company is and I promise I’ll be fully transparent. We are a new resident here in depot square “Pearl Pkwy Boulder CO” We always pay our rent on time and respect rules as given. All neighbors love us because we give each individual the most upmost respect. When we signed a lease here I was offered a parking space and I did not feel like I wanted to opt in because I did not know how long I needed it. Fast forward 2 months later I got contacted by “Metropolis” 3rd party company who allegedly run the parking garage and encouraged me to sign up. After a few back and forth text messages I was directed to the management as I was told that I have to go thru the leasing office however Metropolis actually monitor the garage and granted me access. I signed a document and I was set to go after speaking with the management. I sold my car due to engine issue and I reached out to the management to end my subscription. I was immediately got refused and told that I signed a contract for parking until the end of my lease :) Where in the world you would sign a contract for parking? Nowhere except this creepy building! So they have been charging me $75 a month for the past 2 months for sth I’m not using and no matter how many time I reached out to the management all I heard back from them is “ there is nothing they can do about it” Basically, They screw their costumers left and right no matter what their status as a resident. Please take your business elsewhere and thank me later! I’m here to let the management know I will get every penny that you took from me and I’m gonna nuke your reputation like no other as I prepared a war for this company. You hit a solid rock this time around and good luck!

The receptionist was incredibly rude and seemed totally uninterested in helping get these apartments filled. She told us over and over how hard the paperwork was to get correct and just was really discouraging. She let us tour the apartments available but barely spoke to us during that process and just seemed really uncomfortable. She was unable to answer even basic questions about qualifying, and actually complained about how picky the people who reviewed the applications. The apartments seemed nice, but amber at reception was so odd that we ended up walking away without even applying.
