  Kiki and Brad worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted in Boulder's Goss Grove neighborhood. They brought a wealth of knowledge about downtown Boulder and their guidance helped me feel confident about buying in Boulder - I'm looking forward to working with them again!

  My wife and I worked with Kiki and Brad to both sell and then buy in Boulder. Working with them was an excellent experience and a huge relief - they were very thorough, proactive, effective communicators, local experts in Boulder and the Orange Orchard neighborhood, adept at advertising and negotiating with offers, and overall lovely and friendly people! Throughout the entire process Kiki and Brad were very clearly on top of all the moving parts (advertising, staging, market analysis, orders, negotiating, contracts and deadlines, inspections, etc), which made the whole process much less stressful knowing we could trust their advice and thoroughness. If we move again at some point (though I don’t imagine that will be soon, as we love the place we bought), we’ll be reaching back out to Kiki and Brad without a second thought to be our real estate agents again!

  Kiki and Brad are the best realtors I’ve ever worked with. They listened to exactly what I wanted, went above and beyond by going to showings without me, and negotiated a great deal for my new home. Kiki is extremely responsive and on top of every detail, including getting names for maintenance people and researching even my silliest questions. 10/10 will use them again. Can’t go wrong.

  Kiki and Brad did a fantastic job helping us find the perfect home for my son’s family. They went above and beyond, tirelessly searching out houses that matched exactly what we were looking for. This purchase was not easy as we were dealing with a 1031 exchange and they rose to the occasion with patience and understanding when I needed it most. They were the calm force helping us every step of the way! Another thing that stood out was how knowledgeable they were about the added taxes in each location—they clearly explained the financial implications so we could make fully informed decisions without any surprises.   Kimberley and her father John Kidder helped us immensely after our home was flooded in the Newland‘s neighborhood in the fall of 2013. Our home had already been on the market with them but then it was completely flooded During the heavy rains that flooded much of Boulder. Kimberley helped us make decisions about how to move forward, How to get our place cleaned up and back onto the market so we could sell it quickly and at a good price. The Kidders were incredible friends to us during a very difficult time. They showed compassion, kindness, a lot of wisdom and professionalism. I would highly recommend Kimberley!
