  Went for a tour, the tour guide was really nice. Great river location, but they sound strict about parking and make visitors pay for parking, which I have never heard of (it's a daily rate, something like $3/day). Units have old appliances and many things in the common areas are broken.

  We had a great experience with Sergio from the maintenance team. He helped us fix our towel rack, the internet wall plate, and a leaking sink faucet, and everything was repaired perfectly. Sergio was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the whole process easy and made sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciate his work and are very happy with the service.
