Communication was poor, and even basic details like my correct email were not properly updated after repeated requests. I was even forced to create a new email. Despite never stepping foot on the property, I was still held fully responsible for the lease, even after providing legal documentation regarding a safety concern. I did not feel supported or heard throughout the process. There was no effort to work together for a mutual solution. The property manager ignored my emails and gave me a fake corporate number. Based on my excruciating experience, I would highly not recommend renting here. 0/0 stars if I could.
