  This was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Communication was poor, and even basic details like my correct email were not properly updated after repeated requests. I was even forced to create a new email. Despite never stepping foot on the property, I was still held fully responsible for the lease, even after providing legal documentation regarding a safety concern. I did not feel supported or heard throughout the process. There was no effort to work together for a mutual solution. The property manager ignored my emails and gave me a fake corporate number. Based on my excruciating experience, I would highly not recommend renting here. 0/0 stars if I could.

  Been here for about a year. I'm not used to living somewhere where everything is so expensive, but the building feels new and pretty clean. Common spaces in the main building are well-maintained. There's door-to-door trash service on weekdays. Maintenance always shows up the day of or next day from when you submit a request. Front desk is super polite and helpful every time we've reached out. The pool area does get a bit crazy in the summer as a lot of people like to have BBQs, so plan for it to always be busy and loud. Lit bike path goes along the property along the main street. Views are nice for now until the area surrounding is developed. Also walking distance to Walmart and there's a bus stop for the Red and Blue Lines outside the furthest building.

  The entire front desk staff has been invited to my apartment to mingle. I hope their Walmart greeting job experience really shows more and more with how they run this complex. To bad they where all raised in a barn.
