  I signed a lease for one amount and then one month later they charged me a higher amount nobody will answer my calls and the issue is still unresolved

  DAVID AND ALL THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS ARE VERY GOOD IN THE OFFICE.I GIVE THEM ALL OF ONE 100TH.EVEN THE MAINTENANCE IS GOOD.

  It seems like they let just anyone move in. They don’t do anything about complaints. Here it is almost middle of June and the pool still isn’t up and running. The ac doesn’t cool your apartment down at all.

  Upkeep is dirty outside and in the communal area. Parking not enforced. Lots of unlicensed cars , broken down cars. Cockroaches sited … totally ridiculous even after spraying . The kicker is they only sprayed 1apt not the surrounding apartments where the roaches may have come from. Leasing agents are rude and disrespectful!!! The only person of help is Elizabeth. Do yourself a favor and don’t recommend anyone to this property!

  I thought the faucet was fixed for the kitchen sink. Later it start dripping. Another issue not maintenance but reporting someone is throwing eggs and rock on my balcony hitting the windows. Submitted the report on the maintenance portal.
