  Every time I walk in, Liz is the first friendly face I see. She greets every guest with She greets every guest with a smile, stays organized no matter how busy it gets, and clearly cares about making people feel welcome. Her positivity really sets the tone for the whole visit

  We’ve been living here for over 4 years now. I believe we’ve only had 2-3 maintenance issues within that time. Simple stuff like my sink dripping and most recently the dryer going out. Aaron fixed both of those issues and did them within the timeline he gave me. Had the new washer and dryer (stackable) installed early this morning and he was quick, friendly and respectful of my unit. Thanks Aaron for getting the job done and Westridge office team for the good communication and friendliness.

  Tengo algunos años de vivir en este lugar, me siento cómodo por la parte importante del mantenimiento que le dan a los departamentos, estoy conforme Aaron hace muy bien su trabajo Y no he tenido problemas con el funcionamiento que requiere

  Aaron has been an amazing maintenance technician for my apartment. He's always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever there's an issue. Having someone as reliable and respectful as Aaron makes a huge difference. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and highly recommend recognizing him for the excellent service he provides!
