  I thought the faucet was fixed for the kitchen sink. Later it start dripping. Another issue not maintenance but reporting someone is throwing eggs and rock on my balcony hitting the windows. Submitted the report on the maintenance portal.

  Do NOT move here. This place is absolutely disgusting and completely mismanaged. There was a full-on roach infestation in my apartment—roaches everywhere, no matter how clean I kept things. It’s beyond unacceptable to live like that, and honestly felt like a health hazard. Couldn’t even cook comfortably. The door lock pad always broken! Homeless sleeping under the stair case. My car almost got stolen outside the parking lot asked for camera footage they don’t have any. Roaches in the hallway. So nasty

  Tried calling so many times they don’t answer & then when they do answer they hang up mid conversation. Costumer service really sucks .

  Came and took care of my maintenance problem quickly. Very friendly and asked if I had any other problems with the apartment.
