When i had to change my move out date a couple of times, Tami was able to help me out without the usual run around that most apartment complex give. The maintenance team is also very friendly and quick to respond to requests. The neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

The housing is updated and homey. Maintenance is quick when you need them and the property manager, Tami, makes everything happen! One call, that's all! She and her team make living at the Point at Biscay comfortable, and, the value for what you pay (especially having a garage during hail storms) is worth every penny.

I've always felt welcomed into her office to talk with her. She does an excellent job of managing the needs of a large property. I would recommend Biscay at the Point to anyone looking for an excellent townhome.

A Very large amount of non English speaking people that allow their kids to do what the want. Throw trash everywhere!!! No one cleans it up. Not even Management. Will definitely not sign a new lease!!

Tami and her team have done an exceptional job of making this feel like a true home, not just a place to live. From day one the communication has been responsive, the property well maintained, and the overall environment welcoming. When life took an unexpected turn and I had to make a major move, Tami handled it with grace and genuine care. If you are looking for a place where management actually shows up for their residents, this is it. Highly recommend.
