What brings the community together is the different activities that Tami creates to involve everyone in order for us to stay connected. I personally enjoy the projects that include making oue front home display look nice. Also the garage sale to get rid of things we no longer need. Tami is also caring as well as creative. Can't wait to see what she comes up with next

When i had to change my move out date a couple of times, Tami was able to help me out without the usual run around that most apartment complex give. The maintenance team is also very friendly and quick to respond to requests. The neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

The housing is updated and homey. Maintenance is quick when you need them and the property manager, Tami, makes everything happen! One call, that's all! She and her team make living at the Point at Biscay comfortable, and, the value for what you pay (especially having a garage during hail storms) is worth every penny.

I've always felt welcomed into her office to talk with her. She does an excellent job of managing the needs of a large property. I would recommend Biscay at the Point to anyone looking for an excellent townhome.
- ETEddie TJun 24, 20261.0This complex is over ran by E-Scooters, E Bikes that ride on the sidewalks and driveway. A Very large amount of non English speaking people that allow their kids to do what the want. Throw trash everywhere!!! No one cleans it up. Not even Management. Will definitely not sign a new lease!!
