    1 Star ⭐ I'll not recommend this place anymore....The building was initially a quiet and pleasant place to live with good amenities and a respectful environment. However, in recent weeks there has been a clear decline in living conditions. There have been parties at the lobby and parking area during early morning hours with loud music, disturbing residents’ rest. An altercation between 2 women (yes noisy and disrespectful from.... like always) was also observed at the entrance on Sunday morning in the same area where one of these gatherings took place all night until 5AM..... There are ongoing issues with cleanliness, including pet urine in the elevator that remains for days, with cleaning services not properly removing it, causing strong odors. In addition, abandoned vehicles have been left in parking spaces, reducing availability for residents. We request stricter enforcement of building rules and better tenant screening to ensure respectful community standards. At this point, the situation has negatively affected quality of life and is no longer consistent with a peaceful living environment...

    Estoy muy decepcionada, Me dijeron a principios de mayo abrirían la piscina ya van casi 2 meses y asta el momento no la han habilitado. Junio 26 tengo una fiesta de mi niña y sus amiguitos quieren jugar con ella en la piscina y si no la habilitan para ese día yo quedaré mal con mis amistades y me molestaré mucho Tengo amigos que viven en otros apartamentos y ellos llevan disfrutando de la piscina de sus apartamentos más de 2 meses Y nosotros en the Parker at 9 mile no podemos disfrutar. se me hace injusto , pregunto cuando la habilitarán y me dicen q están trabajando arduo para que funcione pero yo ni veo personas trabajando ni nada por el estilo 🙁 Mal muy mal

    Liveable and affordable however the 3rd party vendors used for laundry, package delivery, etc are terrible. I haven't had a single month without dealing with an issue from Parcel the Quadient delivery service and pay range the laundry app. I am consistently missing money and/or packages and I've lived here almost a year. It's very frustrating.

    I toured at The Parker last Saturday. Timothy was my guide and was absolutely wonderful. After my tour I was supposed to go tour another complex but after thinking on it and seeing how Timothy interacted with other residents I went ahead and applied. I can’t wait to move in!

    I had a different staff member assisting me while I was looking at different units and submitting my application. However, Tim was the one working on the day I moved in, and all I can say is that he was incredibly helpful! Despite having a busy day, he went above and beyond to help me figure everything out and made sure I was satisfied with my current unit. He definitely deserves a raise, as reflected in many of the other reviews as well!
