  I don't know who runs this place. But they seriously need to do better with prospective tenants, lol. Communication has been flaky! Reached out trying to get information, and it's been hard getting any consistency. Do better, lol.

  I did a tour, so I can't say too much, however I will warn anyone who is interested in moving in: windows cannot be opened, they havent made any modifications to even allow them to crack open, so I wouldnt expect fresh air in your apartment unfortunately. In the apartments I toured, there weren't a lot of options for natural light, and some hallways smelled bad, either like garbage due to the trash bags sitting outside doors, or weed, which I'm guessing is due to someone smoking it of course. Just something to consider. The laundry room is also $2 to use the washer and dryer each, which is quite a steep price for that. The three places I toured also lacked overhead lighting, so you have to have a lot of lamps sitting around. I think there were some solid pluses to the apartment complex if you're interested in the amenities but it is important to remember that this was originally a hotel and so it's kept stagnant in development from that. Also one elevator door was shaking and creaking loudly it was kinda scary as we were going up. Still, if you're running out of options, and needed somewhere close to work, I can understand why someone would consider this place. (PS a sprinkler was dripping some sort of orange water rust stuff from the ceiling onto the countertop in one apartment so always check that I guess. Seemed to have some sort of leaking issue.)

  The staff was so kind and lovely. I cant say enough glorious things until after i move in. So nobody take the apt i want.

  It was a good tour and the person by the name of Darius was a wonderful young Fella, you were soft-spoken respectful, and did a great job explaining and showing everything that comes with the apartment he took time to speak to everybody that asked him a question he didn’t push Them away I can’t Wait to be a tenant and live in this location. And I will be letting people know they need to come check this place out
